Drive-thrus aren't usually personable, and you don't drive away feeling like you enjoyed the experience and felt the hospitality, but this afternoon, Ana made me feel the southern hospitality. I'm in town for spring break, and I know it can't be an easy time of year for volume, but I will come back more this week and be patient with this team for the kindness during this experience. Thank you, Ana.

Love this Starbucks. The baristas are all incredible and make it a most enjoyable experience.I wouldn't say the people are entitled but the dogs most certainly are. As they should be...treated like royalty. ?

The staff is THE BEST AROUND! Love the vibe here…it’s so cool that people bring their dogs and hang out inside and outside on the covered patio. Music rocks, energy is TOP, and no one here is entitled, but friendly and beautiful and classy!

This is a wonderful Starbucks. Friendly baristas who all seem to totally jive and work together. It makes for a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Good coffee and treats.

Coffee and the service was good but some of the clientele were privileged and entitled. The sign on the door says service dogs, welcome, This lady not only brought her dog she brought her dogs bed, his food and water, bowls, and some toys to keep him happy. If there’s a rule, I expect the management to enforce

I would like to highly commend Kerri on her attitude and professionalism! Yesterday, Thursday, 1/18/24 we stopped @ your store. We ordered 3 drinks and thought each one was $3.00 because it was $3.00 Thursday. The guy at the window literally told us that we would need to go back through drive through and he'd need to re-ring the order 3 times in order to get the deal. Kerri came up and redid the entire order, 3 times, allowed each of us to use our phone app and re-rung the order. She was so pleasant and happy to do so. I wish there were more Kerri's in this world! Thank you, Kerri for all your help!

we were there late afternoon and it appeared they were closing for the day. had to wait for a dark brew. they also did not have any special hot chocolate flavors. without just adding in the syrup. the hot hot chocolate didn't taste as good as other Starbucks.
