So happy we found this cute cafe! My daughter, who is celiac, and I stopped here at the end of our visit to Hilton Head, as we were leaving to drive back home. So many options and all gluten-free, which is such a delight!! Everything looked good, it was hard to choose!The staff were all super-friendly and patient as we mulled our choices since there were so many. My daughter had the GF breakfast bagel sandwich. They offered me a regular one that they could prepare in a separate kitchen but I declined and got the GF frittata instead. All delicious!We took home a variety of baked goods as well. My daughter especially liked the carrot cake-red velvet cupcake and the coffee cake. But they were all so good! Can’t wait to come back here next time we are in Hilton Head!

I am in the process of relocating from NJ to Hilton Head and happy that I searched and located the G-Free Spot. I have celiac, so gluten is disastrous for me. I made several selections to give it a try. Breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon and cheese on a gluten-free bagel. Red velvet cookie, because you always need a little something for the ride home. Two vanilla cupcakes with vanilla icing, two chocolate cupcakes with chocolate icing, two chocolate cupcakes with vanilla icing, one oreo cheesecake bar, and one egg and bacon frittata for my boy SammyDog.All of the selections are very good. Gluten-free is all about not over baking and one extra minute will dry the cake portion out and these were perfect. Too make this easy, about 24 hours following my purchases, I have two chocolate cupcakes and the oreo cheesecake bar left, so it will be a return trip very soon. SammyDog was happy with his frittata as well.They also have gluten containing products that are prepared in a separate area of the kitchen to prevent cross contamination.The young ladies working are extremely nice, eager to assist and answer questions. All around great experience and returning soon.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free diet, look no further.

This place is INCREDIBLE. Wish we had a gluten free bakery this good in Boston. I had the cheesecake and key lime pie tarts which were both great. The cinnamon rolls were sold out by the time we got there at 11, so order in advance if you want to try those!

My hubby found this spot & surprised me when we were on vacation. I had an amazing first time experience!For starters, it is very clean. The owner is super friendly. And the products are amazing!I couldn’t pick just one item, so I selected a Double Fudge Brownie, Scone, Chocolate Chip Cookie and Granola.I was supposed to be eating the Brownie there, but tasted hubby’s Chocolate Cheesecake. That was a mistake for him, because I could not stop eating his!That Cheesecake was the best! Next time, it will be at the top of my list!It was very creamy, not overwhelmingly sweet or rich. The flavor profile was perfect!The Granola made it home and we enjoyed it as a topping for Yogurt.This is a must for our next visit to Hilton Head & I highly recommend it to gluten free lovers.It is so refreshing to walk into a restaurant and not have to ask what is GF. What a great concept!!There was also a great community vibe as all us patrons and owner talked with each other. It made the spot feel really cozy.

Love this place!!!!!!!For the first time in several years, I walked into a bakery and could have anything with no fear of being sick from contamination or allergens. It was such a change from my normal experience in bakeries/cafes that I actually started crying on my way to the car with my pumpkin roll and cinnamon roll. The first time I'd had either in years. People have no idea what it's like to live with food intolerances and allergies. Bless the owner. The cinnamon roll and pumpkin roll were DELICIOUS.Dietary restrictions: Perfection. Love love love this place on Hilton head island. This review is way past due as we vacationed here last December and again in May. They have such a wide variety of gluten free items I can see myself gaining a good twenty pounds. The staff is amazing, very friendly and eager to make suggestions about their daily specials. The restaurant is small but super quaint and worth checking out if you are in the area. I promise you will not be disappointed. Now go enjoy your breakfast and all of the gluten free goodness!

My family and I LOVED this classy little shop that we found on google. We have 3 gluten free people in our family and 1 who’s not. We all loved our food. The GF bagels we ordered were softer than normal bagels. Their breakfast was the best food we had our entire trip. We usually eat at the Serg Group sister restaurants because they’ve always been amazing, but unfortunately this time it was all just substandard. However, on our way out of town, we found this little gem! The owner was so sweet and accommodating to all of our needs, she gave the best service we had all weekend. I was so impressed! We’re lucky that she ships her GF goodies! I highly recommend this place to anyone, but especially to the gluten free dieters! My daughter said the icing was the “BEST ICING EVER” ?
Great variety of Gluten Free cakes and tarts. Very delicious is the special on Friday & Saturday……the Cinnamon Roll. Another good one is the Cheesecake! Everything is fresh. We’ve been there several times as my wife must eat GF. But also for me it’s a very good place to enjoy cakes, muffins and brownies. The owner is very friendly and you realise that she likes what she does……make people with Celiac disease happy, and other people too.

I never thought I'd be able to eat a delicious not weird textured cinnamon roll again until I had one from here! I couldn't believe it was GF! So good warmed. They ship all over so thank goodness because I'll be able to enjoy more than just once a year!!!! Husband got a red velvet whoopie pie and loved how light it was rather than the traditional super cakey ones.
