Hayley was our waitress and was awesome! Best customer service I have had in a long time. Had great suggestions off the menu and wing sauce recommendations. So accommodating and all of our food was great. Don’t let the empty parking lot fool you or if it’s not busy. They have changing hours because of foot traffic and seasonal but would definitely come back again. Thanks Hayley for making it a great experience

I have been coming to Hilton head for 25+ years and have visited Wild Wing Cafe 20+ times over the years. I am sad to say that it has gone down hill immensely over the last couple of years. I most recently visited in Dec 2022. There was one server for the entire restaurant. No one greeted me for ~5min before being seated. It took 40min to get my wings and there was almost no attention paid to me by the server The ranchillada wings which used to be the best wings i’ve ever had have changed. They are now tiny and drenched in sauce (they sued to be a perfect mix of sauce and crisp). The chicken sandwich is unrecognizable….stale bun, forgot pickles, no sauce. It looks like the Fyre Fest food! It is a great shame to see this amazing establishment become an absolute shell of its former self.

I stopped by here on my way to my timeshare on my first night. I got wings and mushrooms to carry out and it was delicious. Great food for a nighttime snack for a meal. The female server at the bar was super friendly and I got my food really fast. It was nearly empty when I went but I still got good, friendly service.

Haley was our server and she did such an awesome job. She was very attentive, didn’t forget a thing and kept checking to make sure we were taken care of. She def needs a raise. She ran that whole store by herself. Between her and whoever was cooking they were on top of it. They seem to be understaffed bc she was doing all the work !

Came from out of state and stopped in to watch some football. Haley was so amazing. If she’s not the manager, it sure seemed like she was. She was coordinating everything seamlessly. The restaurant was super clean, the environment was fun and energetic and the food was absolutely amazing!!!

We had a wonderful dining experience. Our server Hailey was amazing. She made sure that our table was taken care of at all times. The restaurant was short staffed but she never seemed stressed. Our food was delicious. We will definitely come back and request Hailey.

Wild Wing Cafe is not usually my first choice but my husband & I went this evening because it was near the resort we're staying at. We only noticed three tables occupied & one guy at the bar while there. So it was a full house where they were too busy. Upon entering the cafe no one was at the door to seat patrons. During our wait at the entryway we noticed at least 5 employees moving around in back of the bar and not one of them ever addressed us after looking at us several times even after my husband walked in and stood at the entrance to bar we were never addressed in any way. I don't know if it was truly bad customer service or if it was racial. We will definitely tell our family & friends never to patronize this location.

We came for the Customer Appreciation Day on Saturday. Fantastic Low Country Boil! We were surprised to see that more people didn't take advantage of this FREE Event. The Chef/Manager was very personable & accomodating. Waitress ( Sharon ) was very nice. Before we left I tracked her down inside to give her a tip which she refused & said she was glad we came. Very nice experience! Thank you!

Called in order for take out late afternoon. Opened box of chicken tenders at home and there was about 3/4 inch of liquid in the bottom . First thought it was a sauce. Tasted with finger. Nope, just frying oil. Wrapped a couple in paper towels and pressed the oil out, they tasted ok. Didn't think it was healthy food to give my dog. Placed the rest by the dumpster for the feral cats. Lesson learned.

Absolutely THE WORST! I'm so glad this wasn't an indication of what food on HH was going to be like. Not only was the food horrible, the service was subpar and the restaurant is DIRTY. Don't go here!!!

Went in to eat and no one greated us. Walked in and seated ourself. Waited 5 minutes and got up and left. You could sit at the bar but we wanted a table. Only one server and she needed help. Suggest looking for another place to eat. They need help.

My husband and I came into town this afternoon wanting wings. Waited in the front foyer for 15 minutes and no one even came to seat us much less acknowledge we were there. No one in front of us, just us. Turned around and left as we didn’t feel they wanted our business. This was at 1:30pm on a Friday. We didn’t even see a bartender.

Came in on June 25 and waited 2 hours for food. Some of my group never received their food and the orders that did come out were incorrect. Management was unprofessional. She never came over to address or apologize for the situation and was constantly talking and hanging out with one table when the servers obviously needed help. Every time we tried to get her attention she would pretend not to see us and go back in the kitchen. Our server Hailey was great though! She took our drink orders even though she was supposed to be done with her shift. Overall worst service I’ve ever had.

Place was closed two hours before posted business hours. When I showed up the place was empty and they didn’t even lock the doors. I walked in thinking I’d get service and the alarm started beeping hahaha.

Terrible customer service. I ordered food online for curbside pickup. I get there and after waiting 45 minutes I go inside just for them to tell me that they did not receive my order an that they close the kitchen at 10:30. On the website it says curbside orders up until 11:45. My order was placed before 10pm so I don’t see why they didn't receive it. I asked could I get a refund and was told they can’t do that in store, I’d have to call the corporate office. I call corporate and the number is disconnected. I call the store where I placed my order to see if I had the right number and ask to speak to the manager who was Rhett who happens to be the general manager. I was told he couldn’t come to the phone because he was doing “paperwork”. I left my name and number with the lady who was helping me for a call back. It’s now been 5 days and I still have not got a call back
