Went to go pick up some lunch, and there was just a small miscommunication with my order. I got the woman’s attention who was helping pack orders, and she was immediately apologetic, and ready to fix the issue. I noticed that they had already made the food and so I said it was OK but she insisted that they fix it. She was incredibly amazing. I didn’t get her name, but she had beautiful blue eyes and I believe blonde hair pulled up into a ponytail. Such amazing assistance that I don’t see often!!

The food here is very inconsistent. Sometimes they add waaaayyyy too much salt to the fries that it becomes impossible to eat. Unfortunately will have to continue relying on the Blakeney location.
The meat had no flavor at all. No ketchup and only one straw. I remember eating at one of the restaurants in Florida and it was good. Disappointed here

The service is pretty much awful - while the food is good it’s not worth coming here consistently due to the price and service. Your order if its more than 2 items always get messed up and the price makes it not worth the trip. Sad as this used to be a staple place to grab a burger - but getting a $20 burger is a bit ridiculous…

My family and I go here regularly- the food is always awesome and so is the staff. The one star is for the manager named Christopher who worked on 12/22 and was very rude to me on the phone and hung up. You do not talk to people like that when they are asking a question because not everyone is informed with the same information as you. I advise you take some customer service classes before continuing your career in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay humble.
