How do you run a restaurant and constantly run out of the ingredients to make a sub? I ordered 2 subs on the app and when I got to the store I was told that they couldn’t make the other one. Why, because they ran out of chicken… how??? You could at least call the customer and ask them what else they want or tell them ahead of time. But no, you don’t. Kid who helped me was extremely rude and refused to help when we brought an order issue. We had reordered a meal that we always get and the app stated it was a footlong 12" #18 BMT and listed meat below. When I recieved the sandwich and came home it was cold, just bread and meat??? When I had gone back to say that 80% of the ingredients were missing he immediately became defensive stating it wasn't listed the app is fine no one has had a problem. The volume is very less comparing to any other shop.. She is behaving like giving it for free..we are paying money but she is not ready to keep regular veggies also.. not worth for money ?
