Extremely slow service no matter the time of day. Better to just park and go in bc you will be asked to drive around and wait 10 min regardless of what you order regardless if you are the only car or one of 5 cars. Not to mention you may get a drink that's only partially filled.
Ordered from the app, but when I arrived I saw an employee walked out and locked door midday Saturday. Never got my food and never got a refund. Theft. Watch many others pull up to the same dissatisfaction.

I ordered through the app. Shrimp meal, 2 egg rolls and some drinks to pick up at 4:30. I was a little late, so when I arrived in the pick up spot no one came out. I went on to work so as not to be late and called the store myself, they told me they were out of egg rolls and that if I wanted a refund, I had to call corporate. They said they would put in a request, but honestly I'm just through with Zaxby's.
