As usual, food items were missing from our pick-up order. The food was sloppier than McDonald’s! My beef n cheddar was so sloppy, I couldn’t even touch it without getting the cheddar sauce all over me. It was disgusting.

I got my son a large Jamocha shake with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle syrup. Tasty!
Nice sandwich however asked for Arbys horsradish topping and they indicated they were out of it. Whats up with that? Window lady was nice.

Drove 20 minutes to order a plain Buffalo chicken sandwich (plian, just chicken with the Buffalo sauce) was told to pull up and they would bring me my sandwich because it had to be made special do to being plain. Waited another 10 minutes to get my food. When I got said food I drove back to work only to find that they pulled the lettuce off the sandwich leaving the mayo and adding on a sesame seed bun. Having crohns disease I had to throw away a sandwich that I paid top dollar for because the mayo and bun would put me in the emergency room thanks for nothing arbys, there goes my hour lunch with no food.

Fries were cold and the sandwich just kinda sucked. For the money, I'd recommend anywhere else.
Go to get a beef n cheddar and classic french dips, for 46 years Arbys has used cheddar sauce on the beef n cheddars, nope just slapped a piece of square cheddar cheese on there , it isnt the same! also forgot the au jus for the french dip. 25 dollars worth of disappointment.

Im here for a lunch break with my crew & we had a great experience. A wonderful lady in a wheelchair took my order, and she made my day!! The place feels clean, all the tables in the dining room are nice and cleaned off. Shout out to the crew yall killing the Arbys
