Just picked up my Cajun chicken breakfast. There were only 2 women in the whole restaurant. They were hustling and working hard! Wish they had some help because this location gets busy FAST. no complaints here though, they got me out quick and were super friendly. They were quick to let me and other customers know they only had 2 people working. I love this location and I will be back. Also the two women working this morning deserve raises! I don’t know how they managed but they did awesome!

Very friendly service, good food, and the facility was very clean. This included condiment and drink area to tables.Parking: Military parking was a very nice touch.

Came on 3/3/2024 to get 3 chicken biscuits and 3 large Bo rounds got to the drive through speaker at 11:03am no one in line ordered my food went to the window and paid 28$ lady asked me to drive forward they will bring the food out waited then a young girl comes out and says I need to pull more forward to allow others to get their food so I did at 11:18 the same girl brought me my bag which had 3 small Bo rounds I said excuse me I paid for 3 large rounds her reply back was she didn’t charge you that way so I showed her my receipt that clearly says 3 fam Bo rounds she said ok I’ll bring you 3 medium rounds so now this is at 11:23 so I was the 20min totally the worst Bo jangles in the Irmo area now on the biscuit side I had asked for 3 chicken biscuits “biscuits “ key word not 3 crumble up bread their biscuits are always in shambles and dry

My husband ordered our family dinner on the mobile app, 20 minutes before his lunch break. When I picked up the food they said we have no more chicken, we say ok just give us a refund. They said we can’t , you would have to go on the app. Things changed the manager says. He went on the app but there was no option for refund. It only said review or reorder. They wasn’t trying to here me. No one knew how or was able to assist in the steps to getting a refund.So the manager called the general manager and said if he can figure it out, we will have to take your name and number and call you tomorrow.No food and couldn’t get my money back. As I going back and forth with the manger because none of it made since, one of the young employees decided to go back and forth with me. Any one of them would have been upset if it were there money…
Nice staff. I feel like the sizes of the chicken pieces at Bojangles are shrinking, though. Love the honey on a biscuit.

When I pulled up they were listening to music enjoying life and doing their job at the same time. When I pulled up to the window I have to salute them on how fast they got the customers through the drive through. Love great energy.

Frequently out of chicken. Sometimes don't tell you there is a wait for something until after you pay for it. They are so often out of chicken that we call them Nojangles.
I ordered a family meal with chicken supremes. The chicken was old, dry, hard. But this is a common occurrence at Bojangles. I always just cross my fingers I will get fresh chicken but 80% of the time I don't.
