Rude, offensive employees & manager. Had to place oder at kiosk because they would not take a card at the register where an employee took orders. While waiting over 10 minutes I observed on employee, apparently new, being coached on making a burger, while another employee drifted around behind the counter and two others sat out in a booth on their phones. A lady came in and complained that her order was wrong, the lady behind the counter started getting a new burger for her while the lady on her phone snapped out loud to just give her money back. The customer explained her order was not recorded correctly and the loud lady, who presented as a manager, told her to just take her money. I spoke up and said I would also like a refund because I had been waiting so long. The loud lady gets up from her booth and says to the other lady "she don't want fresh food you should just give her cold food." Then tells me my order never processed my card was declined and continued to just be rude. Never had an experience this bad in a fast food chain. Will avoid Burger King from now on.

Everything was fine with our takeout order. Cashier was friendly and accurate. The best though was the employee sleeping at the handicap table as you enter from the gas station. Classic!!!

we have lived in the area for over 20 years and have ate from this burger king every so often simply because of location. the food is pretty much what you would get at any burger king, but if you want an incorrect order around 75% of the time then this is the burger king for you.
