Just sat here for 45 minutes to not even have the drinks we ordered brought to our table. Then another waitress comes up and ask us to clarify our order because the server we had “was new”. Before leaving, hungry and thirsty,, we spoke to the manager about the situation, suggesting that maybe they shouldn’t have given a new server a section of her own on a Sunday if she wasn’t ready. The manager did NOTHING but nod his head yes to us then let us walk right out the door without an apology or anything.This particular Cracker Barrel has been going down hill for awhile. We’ve given them several chances to redeem themselves but it hasn’t changed. We’ll never go there again! After we left, we went to the Denny’s on Harbison and got our drinks within 2 minutes of sitting and ordering.

We stopped there to have dinner on our return trip to TN from FL. This was our second visit and I was surprised that we were the only overnight RV travelers. Food was tasty and the service was great, too. Clearly marked signs for RV parking is a huge bonus!

I wish I could give them 5 stars all around, but I can't. The people who are making the food are doing an outstanding job. The food is always fresh and tasty. However, the TO GO service is AWFUL. We generally order Door Dash or Grub Hub, and our order is NEVER 100% accurate. Typically on Sundays. Last night, we were missing an ENTIRE meal! I know they are busy, but this is no excuse! I had to drive up there and wait to get it fixed. These apps are not cheap and the whole point of using them is so I don't have to go to the restaurant! The restaurant chooses to not allow customers to add a note to their order, so I can't REMIND them to include jelly and butter for the biscuits, so they NEVER do. I also cannot add a note asking them to put gravy on the side, so that sucks too. Even after checking "provide utensils" they were NOT included. I also call the restaurant a few minutes after placing my order EVERY TIME so I can ask them to do this, but this has proven to NOT ONCE be effective. They either don't pick up or they put me on hold and then no one picks up. It is very frustrating! I really hope that a manager sees this review and talks to whoever manages the TO GO orders (especially on Sundays!) and asks them to pay more attention. I'm going to give them one more try using the app, but if there is no improvement I will be filing a complaint to cooperate. I will consider updating my review if I see an improvement next time.

We recently had breakfast at Cracker Barrel and Kimberly was our server. She was absolutely fantastic! Easily the best service we've had in a while. She was super attentive, always making sure our coffee was topped up and even warmed our mugs before serving. Her suggestions were spot-on, and our order was perfect. The service was quick, and she was incredibly friendly throughout. The restaurant was clean, and the food was hot and delicious. Highly recommend, especially with Kimberly as your server!---Does that fit better with what you're looking for?
Our server Kimberly is the best. We go as a family every Wednesday and have for years. Sometimes 6 sometimes 11 people. She is the absolute best.

Super fast service. Our waitress was great. The food was delicious. Plus we picked up our catering order for the Family Prime Rib Easter dinner (including the French toast bake) - and that was amazing! Definitely plan to do that again!
