They put 0 sauce on the pizza. When I called to complain she said “I made that pizza and I know I put sauce on it”. Wouldn’t have complained until she called me a liar. 800 # is terrible!!! Can’t get a person. Incredibly unprofessional

It's OK if the employees could tell you what rd their located on. Employee didn't know broad river rd from st andrews rd. There's more air in their heads than in the crust.

I ordered pick up from this location a few weeks ago. I drove to the drive thru, which is convenient to pick up the pizza. I only live about 7-8 minutes away from this location. I ordered 2 pizzas, one order of cheesy bread and a cookie brownie. I got home and noticed that the pizza wasn’t even hot, only warm. The bottom crust was almost like cardboard and the flavor was mediocre at best. This food was for me and my 3 children. My kids didn’t like the pizza either. Afterwards everyone had stomach issues and diarrhea after eating it. I will never get Dominoes pizza again.

I swear they gave me a 2-day old pizza. I couldn't eat it, and I threw it away. I get pizza from the West Columbia Dominos all the time and its fine. Cheap pizza is fine - I'll eat a 99 cent Totinos. But this was just horrible. Also you can't get in and out of the new location - the only way to enter is coming toward Irmo from I-26. You can't enter from Woodrow and you can't turn left from LMB. Only upside is the employees were nice.

Tried to order pizza because I had a long day and this would be quick so I wouldn’t have to cook. I ended up having to cook anyway due to the pizza being inedible to my children. The pizza was so hard, they couldn’t even slice the pizza so they should have known to redo the pizza.

Overall, everything was good. Pizza was delicious and well prepared. Delivery driver was friendly. Young man that took my order was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location.
I just started ordering from here. The past two deliveries have been exceptionally fast, good, and friendly. I’m very happy with this “new” Dominos. Nice job! Keep up the good work!Update: another outstanding delivery!!

we were in Columbia Sc and ordered a large pepperoni sausage pizza with peppers and onion. They charged us 30.00 for this. It was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life,, no toppings, dry and cardboard. I will never order from them again. what a rip off. they really need a no star.

We ordered 2 large pizzas (order #239), picked up at 1:27pm on Saturday. When we got home we found out the slices were very thin and there was barely any cheese (we asked for extra cheese). We called back to speak to the manager Craig but he was not working that day. But the person who answered and made the pizza was very rude. He called me a liar and said he would roll back the camera and see for himself. He barely let me spoke and got angry. We have been buying from dominos for years and never experienced anything like this. There was a lack of employee code of conduct and he should work on his character. He should go back to school and learn public relations and customer service. We will not be buying from this location unless and until we hear back from the manager. I don’t want my money back or another pizza. The cashier/pizza maker was acting like a psycho.
