This is the worst Dunkin Doughnuts I’ve ever experienced. The last few times my fiancé and I have come here it has been the same employees. They obviously do not care about their jobs and were extremely rude. We walked in to order takeout and waited an excessive amount of time before we were even acknowledged even though there were 4 employees at the front and we were the only customers in the lobby at the time. When we order, they act like it’s such an inconvenience. We have given this Dunkin too many chances and after reading all of the other reviews about this location when are changes going to be made? We cannot wait for the Starbucks to open!

We pulled up at the drivethru to place our order and there was a piece of paper taped to the screen that read “out of donuts.” We thought it was a joke and pulled up to the window. The girl at the window said, “we are out of donuts.” We laughed and laughed still thinking it was a joke, but guess what? They were out of donuts at 11:00 am on a Saturday morning!!!! Why are you even open??? Do better Dunkin’ Donuts!! We need a Krispy Kreme in Irmo ?

So disappointing. This used to be my favorite location. The past few times we have come it hasn't been great. My iced coffee was not cold as it had barely any ice and my BEC wrap was horrible. The bacon was under cooked and it only had a half an egg. If I'm paying $4 I should have cooked bacon and a whole egg. This is so

My recent visit to Dunkin at 1131 Dutch Fork Road Irmo, SC was extremely disappointing. The staff’s rudeness was beyond anything I’ve encountered at any other Dunkin location. What’s even more frustrating is the consistent lack of food choices, even during breakfast and brunch hours because they are “out” of everything. This location has left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere, as customer service and stock availability are vital to a positive experience.
Very rude Customer Service food is terrible. Coffee and bagel tast terrible will never go again.
