I went through Drive through today as I do most days of the week as this location as it is closest to my job. Today Mrs. Cassandra provided excellent customer service want to make sure she is recognized. Cassandra is always there just about every morning I come through she is always friendly and pleasant to see. They obviously only have one person working there in the evenings at six p m as there was no service because the gentleman that was working was in the bathroom. He was polite about me hunking the horn but I still didn't stay there. The one star for service was not for the gentleman who finally got on the speaker but for the actual fact that they should have more than 1 person there. Or some type of sign to let you know that they are out for the moment.

Not sure why this Dunkin's rating is so low.. everytime I go, I have the best experience. The staff is super sweet and helpful. The wait is never to bad, even on busy mornings. I get my usual, iced chai latte with oat milk & cold foam brew. Their app, is super easy to earn points on so I usually get a side of hash browns, which are always delish!
