Very rude customer service. Online order wasn’t ready until 20 min after scheduled pick up time and delivery was missing items. The entire restaurant was also engulfed in smoke.

ordered online, i've been ordering the pork slaw sandwich. the sandwich itself is literally called "King's Hawaiian Pork & Slaw Sandwich". it's about $10 after tax and more if you tip. i've ordered this sandwich THREE times and all three times, it's been made with no slaw. i called, they weren't out of slaw, they just didn't put it on the sandwich. if i'm paying $10 for a sandwich, i expect it to be made with an ingredient that is LITERALLY in the name of the sandwich. i don't understand how this keeps getting messed up. employees were rude, unhelpful, and extremely passive aggressive. the last time was my final straw and i will not be returning here again.

Food is always excellent. Service is quite slow, I assume due to staf shortages like almost everywhere these days. I'm sure they are doing the best they can. Don't expect your online order to be ready when you get there. Ours never is, but the food is worth the wait.

This is the worst firehouse sub location. They need to replace the manager. The line is always long orders are wrong and the wait is always over 30 minute.

Not a long line to wait. Food was ready fairly quickly and to order.Kid-friendliness: Decent sized kid portions with side options. There were plastic fireman hats to take away also.

Very rude associate, I had to do an emergency pick up for my girlfriend and I understand I should have asked to throw away my stuff. But the lady who came outside to address the issue, was unnecessarily rude. It wasn’t like it was going to be an everyday thing. I just had to pick her up and the kids last minute and had no where to get rid of the boxes I had. She threatened to call the cops and was just nasty. I complied with what she asked. As I went to shut the dumpster she proceed to say well I’ll just call the cops anyways since you don’t care. I get you all have rules but there is a certain way to go about it and that wasn’t it. Very nasty attitude, it wasn’t that serious to react like that, especially because I wasn’t rude about it either. Definitely won’t dine here with that attitude
