We'd never been to a Freddy's before, so when we saw this place when looking for food, we decided to stop in. I ordered the five piece chicken tender combo with cheese curds, and my partner ordered the bacon and cheese double combo with french fries. Annika took our order and she was very sweet and polite! She ended up giving me extra ranch when I asked for it, too, which I greatly appreciated. The chicken tenders were alright... you could definitely tell that they were frozen, and they were a little stringy and hard in some places. I ended up not finishing them. The cheese curds were pretty good, though. The cheeseburger and fries looked and tasted good! I think that if I came back here, I would get a burger instead. The sides definitely looked good. The prices were pretty reasonable. It was just under $15 for my whole meal, and I thought that was pretty decent because cheesecurds are very expensive to get from restaurants. They also have fry sauce which was pretty interesting. The restaurant was clean and the people working were very nice!

Went here for the first time with the family. Burger meat was so thin, and the ends were burned to a crisp and burgerswere full of grease. Fries were as thin as toothpicks. As fat as cleanliness, it wasn't terrible, but definitely could use a good cleaning.

My wife, two friends, and I decided to grab a quick desert tonight at Freddy’s, expecting the usual prompt and friendly service. However, our experience didn’t start as planned. We found ourselves waiting at the counter for more than five minutes, despite being within clear view of the staff working the counter and window. The lack of attention was surprising, particularly since the drive-thru wasn’t busy. When we were acknowledged, the greeting was curt and lacked any apology for the wait, making it feel like our presence was more of an inconvenience than an opportunity for service. We ordered our desserts anyways and settled down, only to be informed later by the window employee that there would be a further 10 minute delay.Enter Lauren - She approached us to apologize for the wait, her sincerity and professionalism shining through. Lauren’s actions were in sharp contrast to the counter employee’s disrespectful gesture (aka flipping the bird when they asked for help with the deserts) towards their coworkers, an incident that didn’t go unnoticed by us or the other customers.Lauren not only expedited our dessert orders but also provided us with free dessert coupons as an apology for the delay and the initial oversight. This gesture was a classic example of understanding and addressing customer dissatisfaction proactively. As a hospitality manager myself, I truly appreciate when an employee takes responsibility and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Lauren’s approach to service recovery was commendable and exactly the type of behavior that deserves recognition.Despite the rocky start, Lauren’s efforts significantly improved our overall experience, reminding us of the impact that one individual’s actions can have on the perception of an entire business.

Out of vanilla custard so had to make with chocolate which was ok HOWEVER did not even make my orders correct at all. Service was with an attitude as well. I LOVE Freddy’s but this one is awful. Sent an email to corporate with no response from this regarding it.

Great food! The super thin fries are great. Ask for the fry sauce. It's kin to thousand Island I think and goes great with the fantastic shoestring fries. The veggie burger tastes great, but is not something to eat on the road. It crumbles easily (but again, tastes excellent). The burgers are great as well, with or without cheese. My daughters also enjoy the Patty Melts. The indoors has a retro vibe I like it visually. It can get a bit loud on a busy day.Vegetarian options: Tasty veggie burger.

Clean, inviting atmosphere.. plenty of seating.. service was quick and efficient.. Steakburgers and skinny fries were great ?? Their “concrete custards” are just too good to pass up ?Plenty of parking.. kid friendly. We’re hoping to see a Freddy’s in the Florida panhandle soon ??

We visited just before 7 pm. The main door was locked. The door towards the rear was open so we went inside. When we got inside we saw a lady with a kid complaining to the staff about how her order was totally wrong. Two bad signs, but the wife and I just wanted some ice cream. We made our order and the kid said he would get right on it. 15 minutes later, I approach the register and they were only working on drive thru orders. The girl who saw us order says...."can I take your order?" She literally saw us place the order. The guy who took our order comes over and says the same thing. I told him to just give me a refund. They didn't know how. Eventually, the girl tried to refund HALF the order. In the end, I did get my money back. Won't be back. Used to be a good place to go, now is run by the spawn of Cheech and Chong.
