This use to be my favorite pizza place but staff has made it very hard to enjoy the service. I called and placed an order for a pizza and wings for delivery. I was told it would be ready in 15 mins after waiting an hour I called back and the young man said he miss heard me and it would take another 45 mins because he had other orders in front of me. I asked to speak to management and I sat on hold for 20 mins he never relayed the message to the manager called back. Spoke to the manger and she said was super kind empathetic and helpful I really appreciated her.

First time pizza was good but they gave the wrong pizzaoli (no buffalo sauce in it).. 2nd time, ordered the pizzaoli (Buffalo) I initially wanted at first visit, it was made wrong (no Buffalo sauce) so I had to wait 10 mins for them to make another and they litterally gave me the exact same kind… thankfully they asked if I wanted Buffalo sauce on the side cuz they were gonna give me ranch when this litterally has no trace of Buffalo sauce in it.

I ordered from the Marcos at 937 Lake Murray Blvd for 'delivery'. When I got it, a slice was taken out of it. I ordered from there all the time and had no issue. I contacted the store directly and spoke with Bart, the manager. He showed no remorse or empathy regarding the situation. I ordered through Uber Eats and I'm dealing with it on that end but on Marcos end, the professionalism is horrible and the care for their quality of work or ptide thereof was a joke. I understand times are hard but to tamper with food being paid for?! I paid a tip to the Uber Driver (20%) and the store got paid. I'm never ordering from there again. I only wish I could post this picture.

If I could give the service a zero I would. First time I called to order, someone picked up the phone and placed it on the counter. No hello, please hold or anything. After five minutes I hung up and called back. Second time I was placed on hold, then my order was taken. Young lady sounded very confused. When my husband arrived home, one of the pies was incorrect. I called back to get it remade and was told by the worker he wasn’t sure why they gave me the wrong pie but that I needed to speak to a manager because they couldn’t give away free food. I informed him I wasn’t asking for free food, simply the correct item. He said he would get the manager. I was placed on hold for ten minutes. I hung up and called back. Without any apology the manager said “oh well that pie is in the oven”. I asked him how was I supposed to know he was correcting the problem when I was left on hold for ten minutes and why didn’t he at least pick up the phone to let me know. No explanation no apology. Just thanks for calling. At least we got the correct pizza but we will not be going back. I’m thinking Marcos on Lake Murray Blvd is being run by middle schoolers.

I’m In from out of town. I’m staying 0.2 miles away from the store. When I called in my order I specifically asked how long would it take to deliver. I was guaranteed it would be here in 30 minutes or less. It took over an hour to arrive. They came highly recommended and I took their word. DON’T DO IT!

Specialty pizzas are pretty good. Always comes hot. Be sure to get a coupon online. If you pick up the pizza yourself, you will save five more dollars on the order.

Great pizza! Cooking is top notch. Had a mishap where I received the wrong pizza. Called in and manager was very polite and had it made fresh for me. No blame game stuff. I should’ve checked my pizza before i left as well as they should have. Mistakes happen but management was polite, respectful and did the right thing.

Young lady that took my order said it right but I didn't receive it right. We only like the thin crust because there thicker crust is never baked all the way. Then I received it later than she stated. Marcos was doing pretty good at one point. Now they dropping the ball. This is the second time.

This Marco's, in my experience, has always provided top-notch food and service but my last order was super amazing and awesome! I ordered the customized meatball & sausage bake and the chicken Greek salad, which provided me with dinner for 2 days. I ordered through DoorDash (on a busy Friday night), received my order pronto and at a great price, I will add. I always let the management know how pleased I am with everything but this time it was definitely worthy of a public review. By all means, I'll be back...Thanks!

Very hit or miss. Either it will be just fine or cold with items missing, and you don't know until you try. Also, it's 2023. If I can complete the entire order process online but you don't have any feedback mechanism using the same avenue when they screw up your order then that is a deliberate choice.

Placing the order was not the problem, it was the waiting time... My husband and I ordered 2 pizza's and wings. They originally told us 7 to 10 minutes, not a problem. So we waited, only one pizza was ready and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the other pizza and wings...

2 months ago I ordered a delivery online and noticed the system has given a promise time to be delivered. When that time had came and gone 20 minutes after the promised time I called and the manager did apologized about the issue and stated the computer had a glitch of some sort that my pizza was on the way and they were working on the update with their promise of being on time. Ordered today early so my food would be here by my lunch break with it being delivered and hour late. Talked to someone at the store and was very rude claimed he told me this months ago no apology no offer for a reduction in price paid no coupon offers nothing but " Like I said" and then went on trying to explain the system was still having the same issues.unfortunately lunch was missed again due to their negligence. Will never shop there again.... he was super rude to me.......
