You know what, for as busy as the drive-thru was, the customer service was awesome! The staff from speaker box to drive-thru were very polite. Order was correct. Very pleased, though I forgot to use my mobile app.

I go here every other week cause it right up the street from my job. I probably should stop because every time its the same thing. Cold fries and Fanta instead of hi-c. I did talk to one person there and they were nice and helped me with my app.

Food is most the time right. Never ever give sauces..even when ask if it is in bag, they say yes. But never is. And why in the world are the windows look painted all blacked out! Like a night club in a dark alley. All other McDonald's locations very nice . Why in the world are all windows black-and-white can't see in??? Our family would never feel safe in there.

Worst customer service ever went through the drive got my drink and it had no ice and half full asked to fill it up and the girl said not that's just the way it is never going back there again. Their food has gone downhill, and they are charging more for it way better places to spend my money at.
This is one of the better McDonald's I have visited. Breakfast is usually more organized than lunch.

I always stop at this location when I'm in Irmo because the food is always right, and because they stay so busy, it's always fresh. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, and for a "McDonald's," it's worth it. Also, the people working the drive-thru always give you the service and are actually friendly.
