I guess it just depends on the day and who’s working nonetheless last night was by far one of the worst experiences I have had with this Pizza Hut. Day shift generally I have no issues at all but night is disorganized.

SAVE YOUR TIME we ordered a pizza for delivery and it was “out for delivery” for over an hour. We called to check on it and we were placed on hold for another 30 minutes. Once getting someone on the line our call was transferred from the on site manager to corporate back to on site and no one could help us get our pizza delivered and we were told we would need to come in store for a full refund. At the store they said our pizza was already delivered but wasn’t. A PIZZA NIGHTMARE

I had food delivered to the assisted living facility that i work at. I called to place the order over the phone. The person that answered the phone was very rude. She kept asking the same questions over and over again. I would say and meat lovers she will say a pepperoni. I would say meta lovers again she would come back and say the cheese pizza. She continuously got the order wrong then attempted to repeat it and it would be incorrect over the 5 times it happened. I was close to hanging up and going somewhere else because of the lack of professionalism. I finally asked the worker is everything ok because i felt she pre occupied by someone else which is why she kept getting the order wrong. I literally ordered 1large pizza and a medium pizza and that took about 25 min just to place the order. Finally the order was complete. She then asked me how was i tipping the driver. I advised none of her business. She told me the food would arrive in 30-45 minutes. The food came in 25 minutes . I was pleased with food because it was still hot and fresh. The price was pretty steep i spent over 40$ just for two pizzas. My rating is strictly based on the service and not the actual food because that was the best thing out of this venture.

This location can make a good pizza but only on a good day. My last two orders have been wrong. First time they didn't put the breadsticks in the Big Dinner Box and the pizzas were only half baked. I waited over a month before trying them again and they messed up this order too. I ordered a Big New Yorker and they didn't put any pepperoni on it! It's the Big Yorker that they advertise with having tons of pepperoni! How do you mess that up?The workers are also questionable when it comes to sanitary serving conditions. Sitting in the drive thru waiting for the order and you can watch them box the orders. Last night the guy couldn't get the pizzas off the peel so he lifted them off piece by piece to put it in the box. Everyone else was standing around talking.I filled out the survey for the incorrect Big Dinner Box order and heard from the manager the next day who offered me a free replacement order but then never followed thru with the promise.I don't like posting negative reviews but something needs to be done with this location. Needless to say I won't be ordering from this location again.

Delivery driver gave us someone else's order. Called him and no answer. Called the store the manager said he is sending out the correct order now. Arrived at 9pm on a school night for a 6, and 11 year old.. It was obviously the pizza that was cooked at 7:30 and just sat there. We could not eat it. Pizza Hut on Dutch Fork Rd. in Irmo, is the worst. Do not go there.

We purchased a couple pizzas Halloween night. At 5 o'clock. They predicted a 20 minute delivery time. Every 15 minutes there after they pushed the delivery time back 15 minutes. At 7 o'clock we were contacted by the DoorDash delivery driver saying he had been waiting at the Pizza Hut location for an hour. At 8 o'clock the driver called us again and was infuriated because they still had not given him the pizzas. We called the location and had a 16-year-old girl, tell us how we were being unreasonable and it wasn't their fault that their website continually told us it would be there in 15 minutes. We continually asked to speak with the manager, and the young girl told us he refused to come to the phone. Somewhere around 9 o'clock the driver called us and told us they finally gave him the pizza and he was leaving the store. He arrived with the pizza about 10 minutes later. Believe it or not, it was ice cold! We called the location back and the same young girl was literally screaming at me about how it wasn't their fault. They were really busy and they didn't care what the website said. Again, she said the manager refused to talk to us. She then went on to tell me it was our fault. The pizza was cold because we didn't pay DoorDash for a sole delivery. I let her know the driver called before he left and he delivered it 10 minutes later. The young girls arguments were really so unintelligent that it wasn't worth arguing with her so we called the customer service number. They offered us free pizzas, but at that point we weren't interested in the refine and we wanted someone to be held accountable for the horrible customer service. The representative assured us that we would be receiving a call the following day and they cared about the way we were treated. It is now two weeks later and we still have not received any call from anyone at Pizza Hut whatsoever. I would definitely recommend staying away from Pizza Hut. Especially this particular location.

Waited almost 3 hours for delivery. No manager would answer my call. Food was ice cold. Uneatable. Called after delivery. Must have called id. No one would answer. A terrible experience. And no customer service

1st time ordering from here I walked in ordered 1 meatlovers medium size and 1 small pepperoni with cinnamon sticks. The cashier messed up the order quiet Badly. She swapped my pizza sizes so essentially I was over charged for my pepperoni. Then she forgot to put in my cinnamon stick order which tacked on 7 - 10 min (17 min originally) on my order ( 99 degrees outside ) then when I got my two boxes I asked if the cinnamon sticks were in the boxes and she said yes when I got to the door it didn't seem right so I asked again and she confessed she forgot to put the order in .... then when i picked up the cinnamon sticks she rudely said 'have a nice day ' like it was my fault she forgot the order ill never come back to this store. Those people are liers and were willing to let me leave without a full order to avoid embarrassment. Poor business.

Using the APP, we ordered from the deals menu. Tonight was a specialty pizza (meat lovers) and a pasta dish (the alfredo). I appreciate how the app tells us at what stage your order is in and when it is ready to pick up. The food was tasty, hot and enjoyed by the entire family!

I placed an order over the phone. When I arrived to pick up I saw an employee in the kitchen with no hair tie and not hair net. I mentioned something about it to the cashier and she didn't seem to care. We won't be back. Unsanitary and unnecessary attitudes.

Last night I paid for (and even ate) the most disgusting pizza i have ever received from any Pizza Hut ever. It wasn't even fully cooked, You could tell by the floppy/soggy pizza dough underneath the cheese and red sauce. And to make things even worse I am currently heaved over in stomach pain the next morning with a bad case of what is showing all the same symptoms as food poisoning. I cannot believe I'm having to miss work because the pizza i trusted you guys enough to pay you for and eat, was fully under cooked. I am going to stick with some of the other pizza chains from now on and will definitely NEVER be coming back to THIS location again. Thanks for making me waste my money and then loose money more by not being able to work because of how sick your pizza made me.
