They are very clean and everyone is super polite. The one guy whom works there (3/1/24@ 7pm)goes ENTIRELY too fast and doesn't pay attention to the directions that are on the online order. He has made my order at least 5 times, luckily I always wait until i get there to place the online order just to make sure it's correct.He's always rushing even if I'm the only one there and I have to correct him on what is on the order. Other than that I would give them 5 ?

I didnt have to wait but I ordered a turkey foot-long, and when I opened it at the house I kept smelling tunafish. The sandwich definitely had a taste fish. Also even though it was turkey makes me think they're not keeping items separate or not cleaning utensils. Was disappointed because the subway is usually pretty good.

Yesterday evening on (5/25) the two dudes who worked there were clueless-

Ordered my food online for pickup. The two giggling girls waited until I got there to tell me that they were out of two things on my order. I politely told them to just make the rest, then they were out of meatballs for the sandwich. I told them to cancel my order, they charged my card anyway!!!!!Had to go back up later that evening, and luckily had two gentleman that took pride in their customer service who gave me a refund.

First of all the only stars there on today 3/24 around 5:40 pm were me and my child- the little guy that fixed our subs better had his hygiene correct!!!!! Also do they know how to answer the phone!? Shame on them x a mil-
The service here is awful one of their employees threatened to stab me with a knife bc i told him he was making my salad the wrong way and the proceeds to come around the counter to try to fight me in a crowed store I'll never eat at this place ever it was trash piles all over the floor and even the pregnant girl was rude i don't even see how they are still open serving the public with ppl that work in there like that I'm definitely making a police report against the boy who threatened to stab me with a subway knife PLEASE DONT EAT HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

Walked out because of the crew. Walked in to order and wasn’t greeted at all. I politely said hey how are you and the employee just stared at me and didn’t say a word. I understand having a bad day but we all have to be pleasant on our job.
