Toaster is always down or so they say… 9/10 can’t even eat there

I tried to order online for awhile to save time and money and after the fact I was told the online experience was down (it was processing). Tried calling the store and it's attachment but no good. Didn't know if I had 3 subs waiting on me when I wanted 1. I drove out there, reordered a sub and will be checking my statements again. I don't need this stress in addition to trying to build rewards and trying to get a discount on a sub which I wasn't able to get a discount or credit for.

Its a subway. Always different people working when we go in. Some workers are great, some look miserable. Food is always good or ok. They always seem to have a fly or 2 buzzing around which is a little disheartening but understandable. Love the fact you can see all the fixins so you can choose what looks good and avoid anything that looks sus.

Went March 1st 2023 at around 4:30pm-5pmAbsolutely horrible. Ordered online just 2 sandwiches. When I got there this rude unprofessional and nasty lady working told me she hadn't had the time to make them. My order was well past 1 hour past due.... I requested a refund and she said she wasnt authorized... Like what????? Asked for the manager and she told me the lady working the gas station was her manager. This lady however was very pleasant and did everything to help me. She called the Subway manager and my refund was received BY CASH. Meanwhile, the lady being rude called me and my wife names, making harsh comments, and was intentionally being extremely slow at giving me my refund. I'm absolutely astonished. I'll be back tomorrow to talk to Tiffany which is the subway manager... But after that you all lost my entire family's business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered online, went to pickup almost an hour later and it wasn't ready. App said it was. So now I can't eat before work. Thanks for wasting my time. And the lady behind the counter called me a b****

Slack employees more worried about making extra pizza instead of serving their long subway line. Then when the girl finally comes over she starts making an online order when people have been waiting in line for 30 minutes. Then get an attitude when you say something about it

This is the worst subway ever. They never get the order right and are always out of several items at the same time. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

Been there twice at 8 pm only to be told they weren't serving you unless you had online order. They don't close until 9. Go out of our way to go there. Won't go there anymore. Other restaurants happy to take my business.

Place is incredibly unprofessional and never have items in stock. When they do make a sandwich it's always poorly made.
