I've lived in isle of palms for 13 years and can remember when there was only Luke and Ollie's. Later we got a pizza hut. We all thought this was amazing. The pizza hut was torn down and later this dominoes was established. This place had good service when first opened. Over the last 2 years, there has been a considerable decrease in good service. This ranges from undercooked pizzas, incorrect toppings, remade pizzas taking nearly an hour, food poisoning, everything under the sun. All reported to the store, none cared for. This is not a problem with the employees, lord knows that every 3 months there's a new cast working there. This feels like something higher up, as surely not every employee acts this way for no reason. All a man wants is his pizza.

We ordered Saturday evening and all 5 people who ate this pizza have spent the last 36 hours with severe food poisoning. When I called to store to notify them they didn’t seem to care. I stated that I wasn’t asking for a refund, but still wasn’t even asked for details of our order so they could check contamination/etc. I had no intention of leaving a review but after the carelessness of the phone call I’d never order here again.

Ordered a pizza . It was out of the oven in 15 minutes. Sat there for 45 minutes and we called and spoke to the manager Heather. No apologies. Said we could wait another half hour until the 1 driver got back but 4deliveries ahead of us .Wouldn't make us a fresh pizza, wouldn't give us a free pizza if we waited another 45 minutes to an hour. Just didn't care. We cancelled our order and she couldn't care less.We live in IOP full time and will never order or recommend your dominos. We understand that stuff happens but not to take care of your potential repeat customers is really a disastrous business model.

They offer you 15 minutes of service and 30 minutes later the lady was mad because I asked for my food so not good service at all
Fast service, great pizza and pasta, great prices. Highly recommend as an easy dinner!

Ain't worth shit ordered my pie and bread sticks a whole hour before they closed and I never got either. Mind you I was staying only 900ft away.. get pizza somewhere else. I'd go lower than one star if I could. your lucky to get one.

Absolutely disgusted with them I ordered pizza for my children waited and they took my card info but never delivered pizza went there and they were closed ! At this point because we were waiting on the pizza nothing is open continuously put on hold for a supervisor and no one picks up. Had to use a different phone just to get through ! They are not open until 12am they were closed at 11pm drove there after waiting an hour and a half and leaving a 10$ for our driver ! Card charged no food becareful !
