Love this place!!! So happy we have a location on John's Island now! Suyin is knowledgeable, friendly, inviting and sweet. I enjoy visiting her for my weekly pick me ups! I was skeptical of Herbalife before i tried it, but now I'm very much a believer in their products! I love the protien shakes and the cake pops. I always feel great and never feel bloated or too full. One day I came in super dehydrated and drained after a crossfit class and she knew exactly what to give me. I felt immediately better with the rapid hydration drank she gave me. I love this place! Go check them out!!

John's Island Nutrition is an essential part of my every Saturday right after the gym. The protein coffees are to die for. They're packed with protein, energy, and this particular version has a fat reduction shot, as well! Suyin is always super friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions on products. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for extra nutrients, some energy, or even just a sweet treat!

I kept hearing about a new nutrition shop on John's Island. I decided to stop by, and I'm so glad I went. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, even she was about to close for the day. Since that was my first time going into a nutrition shop, we didn't make feel that way. She gave me a rundown of every item on their menu. I decided on the salted caramel pretzel shake, and it did not disappoint. Please take your friends and support this business. It's what's needed on John's Island. I'll be back to try more items!

The owner is nothing short of AMAZING (and my Wife) so I'm a little partial LOL. I'm very proud of her and my daughter's passion for the business and products they promote. The Protein Shakes are a great way to start the day without having a heavy breakfast to slow you down and the Energy Tea in the afternoon keeps you going.
