Stopping at Southern Brews is an essential part of my morning routine. Every staff member is exceptional, and Brooke, in particular, brightens every coffee stop. Skipping my morning visit wouldn't just leave me caffeine-deprived and grumpy; I'd miss out on the spectacular start to my day that the Southern Brews staff provide. Plus, they always treat my dog to free pup cups, earning it a 100/10 rating from her. Highly recommended from both of us!!

So missed the "stop and pay" window thinking it was just prior to the pickup area. Stopped at pickup, looking thru closed sliding window I observed the employee busy on her phone. After a minute or so I tapped on the window with one finger. This enraged the employee who, in a loud voice, said "Don't you tap on this window", I tried to explain that I had missed the pay window and could I pay here, I was berated and dismissively told how to re-enter the drive thru and go to the pay window. I should have left but I wanted coffee. So I drove around, paid and went to the pickup window. New surprise, the "manager" loudly berates my wife and I accusing us of calling her employee an idiot...If,just if, I was to be responsive to the terrible interaction with "her" employee "idiot" would be way down the choice of descriptive words that I would have chosen. We said that no such thing ocurred. We were then handed our four cups of cofee, no tray to hold them. The coffee was weak ,bordering on tasteless,and not very hot,this was a total waste of our time and money. What an abject failure of customer service, we will not be returning.

I love the concept of drive thru coffee and snack! Grab and go, But the fact that they can’t spread the cream cheese / butter on the bagel is ridiculous. Are they expecting you to spread while driving?I wouldn’t go back.

The food and drinks were amazing! We stopped for a light lunch after seeing the angel tree. The flavored red bull drinks, omg why doesn't everywhere have these?? For non coffee drinkers, they are absolutely perfect, and refreshing! Service was awesome, very informative and kind!

My husband's cappuccino was weak, even with 3 shots. It's unfortunate bc our home espresso machine is on the fritz, so he was hoping that, Southern Brews being close by, would be a good source until the new machine arrives.

The staff here is so friendly! I ordered a dirty chai latte, it was too sweet for me, but they remade the drink with more milk when I asked.If you don't love sweet drinks, would recommend to ask about the sweetness level of the drink when you order, but overall my breakfast sandwich was also very good and I would definitely recommend!
