When you run out of a certain item you don't just bring the next thing in line. You come and ask the customer what they want. Then to make a joke saying " Oh I guess you do really know your pasta" Rude service. Will never go back. We had friends in from Virginia and they were insulted too. Bad Service, Not what we ordered, lost me

The worst pizza in Charleston by far. Took a slice when I got home and everything fell off. Made incorrectly the first time, undercooked, low quality ingredients, and SO SMALL. Cannot believe I paid over $20 for this tiny pizza. No. Thank. You.

Overpriced for the mediocre meal you receive. For chicken parm Blackbird Market is best by far and for the rest of the menu, Wild Olive and JI Pizza are way better choices.

We used to frequent Tolli’s all the time, but now we don’t any more. My issue is the pricing is not consistent with their menu that is offered to grab as a to go menu. I’m not sure why I was charged 24.00 before taxes for a pizza that they listed at 20.50. Sorry but the pizza is not worth $30 after taxes and tipping. Sure, I get that a pizza with shrimp should cost more than pepperoni but it had maybe 2-3 minuscule pieces of shrimp per slice. Probably a total of 4 shrimp for the whole pizza. It has not been the same since one of the sons no longer works there. It’s unfortunate that your prices don’t match your menu. Bait and switch.

We really enjoyed our meal here. It's a small pizzeria/trattoria easily located off Maybank highway in a nice shopping center. It reminds me a little bit of pizzerias in NY where I grew up, where the pizzeria is on one side and the restaurant is on the other. Portions were HUGE! So go hungry, or take home leftovers, which are never bad! I had the half a chicken Parm sub with an arugula salad (a lunch special) and it was oh so good! Some of the best chicken Parm I've had and the salad was really refreshing, simple, but Delicious. The sub bread was unlike anything I've ever had, not exactly pizza dough, which is what it looked like, but was lighter than I expected, which was nice considering how heavy a dish this can be. My husband had a calzone, which was not technically on the lunch menu, but obviously, it being a pizzeria, was always available. This was one of the best calzones I ever had. And, again, much lighter than expected. Generously stuffed with ricotta cheese and your choice of up to 3 fillings, with sauce on the side! De-lish! If I lived closer it would be a staple in our rotation, probably good for my waistline that I don't!

This place is phenomenal. I don't know if the chefs are the same day to day, but my food was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to others, as I will also continue to eat here as frequently as possible.

Very disappointed it definitely has gone down hill in the past couple of years Meatballs were small and lacking flavor Pizzas were definitely smaller but they cost more The entire meal was very pricey Server was very nice but it didn't make up for the very expensive prices

What a nice "find." This isn't your average Pizza Joint. It is a true Dining experience with cleanliness that sparkles, beautifully set tables, a nice selection of Italian food, and VIP treatment. They take pride in all aspects, Their aim is to please the customer. Mission accomplished.

We normally eat at the bar, however EVERYTIME we go and the blonde hair bartender is working we never get good service. She is rude and acts like we are lucky to even have service. I'm very disappointed because I have been several times with different friends and family we get the same experience. My friends and family echo the same treatment when they have gone other times without me. It is not a 1 off thing, she is not good at her job. I even complained about her to management once when we were there. I love the food and will probably go back but for a take out only.

We have been fans of Tolli’s since they first opened. Not a month went by without us ordering from or eating at the restaurant. We didn’t really mind the lengthy wait times or the pricey pizzas because the ingredients were so fresh and the crust was sooo delicious. Appetizers, desserts, etc all tasted so authentic and as transplants from the Northeast we knew we could count on enjoying the same quality of food we were so accustomed to for many, many decades. Our last 2 experiences at Tolli’s have been disappointing to say the least and our concern is that either changes have been made to the quality of the ingredients used, the current cook staff are just not very attentive or have been told to skimp. Several months ago I placed a takeout order and had to wait 75 minutes beyond when my online messages indicated it would be ready. I am aware that getting restaurant help has been a challenge for many area establishments so I did not fret. It was not worth the wait though as the hot appetizer I ordered had apparently sat on the completed order rack for those 75 minutes and was, as a result, ice cold as I waited for the pizza which barely had any ingredients/toppings on it so was rather disappointing. It also tasted rather bland. Never the less we decided to give it another try a few nights ago. My order turned out incorrect and when I returned it I had to show my online receipt to prove it was wrong as their receipt was different than mine. Once again, however, after a lengthy wait for the reorder, the pizza was not good. The crust was paper thin and flavorless and the toppings were sparse, at best. We also noticed that the crust was now much smaller than the box so closer to personal size at best and the box actually felt like it was virtually empty in terms of heft. We are quite disappointed, to say the least and sincerely hope that Anthony can right the ship down the road as we want the Tolli’s of 3 years ago back. Once we hear that said ship has been righted we will consider being regulars once again.

We just had lunch at Tolli'sTrattoria, Johns Island. It was fabulous. My husband, a true italian, had gnocchi with marinara, said they were the best he ever had. We had Caprese salad which was so flavorful and fresh. Linguini and clam sauce delicious. Felt like we were back in Boston in the North end. Of course had to have Cannolis. I have read the reviews and all said the food was fabulous. It was. We have searched for good Italian and we have found our go too. Some have mentioned service but we had no issue. Fresh food takes time.
