Service was horrible. We ordered this food for us while we were getting ready for my wedding, they left out two of our meals. I went in two days later to see about getting a refund because we paid for the food we didn’t receive. We waited over thirty minutes, the manager refused to speak with us, no one ever apologized for any inconvenience. In college I worked in restaurants and am shocked by the beyond horrible customer service of this restaurant. I love the food but customer service really goes a long way and this was the worst I had ever experienced in my life. And on my wedding day/weekend.

Don’t recommend especially for colored people. We had a server that took our order for drinks and she seemed nice(white woman with blonde hair). Then she passed us off to a black server that said to us “Welp I guess I’m your server tonight then” and me and my boyfriend got the memo that the blonde hair white server didn’t like black customers. To make matters worse we see her serving the white customers next to us and she didn’t want to look our way. The food was good but the overall experience was trash.

We were racially profiled. My girlfriend and I went to eat here. We asked to sit outside and that a server would be right there with us. A Caucasian woman about 4’11 announced that she would be our server and took our drinks. After time went by a black woman came and said “I guess I’ll be your server” and we were a little appalled by that. We noticed that another couple sitting next to us that sat down outside after us had the same Caucasian server that we initially had (assuming she didn’t want to serve us because we were black). We were uncomfortable however we still ordered food and the meal was okay. I’m a Corporate Hotel Manager and really feel that this was very unprofessional and lack of ethics at a restaurant. This service was very slow and not helpful. We waited almost 40 minutes to receive a check. I might take legal action after the embarrassment and suffering this has caused my girlfriend and I. We were trying to celebrate her birthday but instead was racially profiled for absolutely no reason.

Do not recommend! Went there because there's a brunch menu online. There isn't brunch. No big deal. I'll eat tacos! We were one of 3 groups in the restaurant. We order drinks and chips and salsa. Waitress drops everything off and took our order. We all ran out of drinks while waiting on service/food for about 20 minutes. Waitress comes to get drink orders for the new table that came in. When I tried to grab her attention, she responded with, "WHAT?!" Shocked, I politely asked if we could have refills. She brings them without speaking.Food was mediocre and overpriced. Jalapeño shrimp taco was 3 shrimp and pickled Jalapeños from a jar. Brisket taco was cold.

We went to Cantina 76 tonight with another couple and it was extremely crowded. We were told that we could sit at the bar so we did.Vincent was the bartender and our waiter. He was awesome!We all ordered from the menu but had changes in each of our orders and Vincent didn't blink an eye. He placed our order without any errors and everything came out perfectly. Vincent is also fun to watch as he never stops when fixing the drinks. Quite a talent!!Vegetarian options: I am vegan but they made accommodations so I could order from the menu

Great margaritas. Awful food. The shrimp tacos were simply tortilla wraps and three shrimp inside, with a dab of sauce. Yawn!!!Did I mention that the margaritas are excellent?

Average at best! Service was good and waiter was attentive. Food seemed warmed over and out of a can. Chilli sauce on the enchiladas was def hot dog canned chili. Yuck. Cheese dip was cold and thick. Not good.
Went during Christmas week, and had a great experience-Very pleasant staff with nice personalities-Good variety on the menu-Portions were generous, and quality was solid-A great location if you wanna spend some time at the shops within this center
