The young lady at the window couldn’t be bothered to hide her attitude when taking our order. Constantly sighing, asking “what else” with an attitude etc. You not wanting to be at work or having a bad day shouldn’t translate to your customers.

Ordered a mocha frappe for curbside pickup. Pulled up, app said it was being prepared and enteredt the number slot we pulled into. 12 minutes later my husband went inside where he stood around for 3-5 minutes with no employee speaking to him. Finally an employee came to the car and said “the frappe machine is down” and I said my husband went inside to find out what was going on. THEN he went inside and asked my husband if he could get him something else. Now mind you, there were TWO cars in the drive thru and maybe 3-5 people inside. They were NOT busy at all. The worst McDonalds experience ever.
Stopped at McDonald's this morning and ordered 2 sausage,egg and cheese biscuit add bacon only to get to work and realize the $4.38 bacon was not added. Left work and went back to McDonald's told them what happened and told them they could just give me the bacon only to look in the container and see they only gave me one strip of bacon ???. This is only the 5th time they have gotten my order wrong. Really!!!

We stopped at the drive thru for some breakfast at 10:24am. The employee was very distracted and couldn’t complete our order, so we finally decided to go inside. There were several employees not doing anything. The DIY order-menu had already switched over to lunch. We were bummed, but placed a lunch order anyway.We got our order and headed back out on the road only to realize the fries were re-fried from yesterday! They were hard, burnt and saltless on the outside and cold on the inside. It was a big let down and wasn’t worth the money.
