Unfortunately it was not the experience I am used to getting at KFC. The chicken tenders had almost zero chicken, they were all breading. And we never got the gravy we were supposed to have.

Very upset that we can’t sit in dining room and eat. Went to the one on 52 in goose creek the same thing. With the high prices of fast food I want to enjoy it in the dining room. I can go to another establishment and pay the same thing plus tip and relax and enjoy a meal.

I have gotten chicken pot pie it was absolutely delicious. Then I had a surprise a big piece of bone. Luckily there were no children involved eating this pot pie, they could have choked on this bone!!! ?

The heavy set light skin lady (manager) there is very rude and has always been rude. Her loud mouth will cost her soon enough.If she hates her job, just leave. I know the other employees can't stand working with her.

Went by to grab a quick bite tonight and ended up having the worst experience while checking my food to make sure I had utensils, napkins, etc. as I checked my bag quickly, the lady in the window was extremely rude! She said “your food is perfect, I made it!”. I told her that no one, and nothing is perfect and proceeded to ask for condiments. This lady became so offensive and insulted me about pulling forward when I refused she started yelling at me. Wow!! I didn’t know that keeping the drive thru timer at a limit came with trying to intimidate and insult customers. By the way, this isn’t my first negative encounter at this location.. it will be my last. Just thought I’d spread the word. You’ll thank me later.

A great location for friendly employees, quality/well prepared food, & quick service. If you have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend trying the Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning soft drink. Great tasting but definitely on the sweet side (the same as the sweet tea you get from at least 90% of the eating establishments around these parts). Only conflictive thing I can say is that I can't pin down exactly what time this place closes at night. Seems a little random. Other than that, all good.

They were out of wraps so I ordered chicken and they're out of dark so I go with white and it's going to be 10 minutes if I want extra crispy so I went with original. The chicken and the fries tasted like they'd been sitting for hours and then microwaved. Dry, tough and chewy chcken and the mac and cheese was mush from a can. I try not to leave bad reviews and the personnel where nice enough but this was the worst food I've had from kfc and I probably won't go back to this store.

I ordered food for pick up at 1040am, arrived at the store (close to 11am. I tried going inside their store to pick up my order but it was locked. I was the only person at that time picking up an order. The guy (server) saw me and I said "pick up" so he can unlock the door for me (unsure if he heard what I said cause he was inside the store) He looked at the other lady (might be the manager) checking if it's okay to let me in but the lady gestured for me to drive around. I went back to my car and went to the drive thru. There were two cars before me and I had to wait more than 10 minutes just to get my order even when I already told them again in the drive thru that I was there to only pick up my order. When I got my order I saw a car parked in front of their store and a customer coming out of the store getting her "pick up" order . I felt discriminated given that they let the other customer come in but they had me drive around and wait for my order at the drive thru. They should treat customers equally. It's posted on their door that door is open for mobile orders but I don't understand why they didn't let me in to just pick my order up. I told them the second time in the drive thru that I'm just there to pick up my order but they still had me wait in line when my order was ready from the start. That was really a terrible customer service and experience, definitely defeats the purpose of pick up order. I took photos of me going through the drive thru -- you'll see the wait time based on my car's clock.
