I had an online order, and had the pleasure of meeting a new carhop named Jahara. My family goes there often, so I knew she hasn’t been working there long. She was so polite, and waited until we checked our bags because it was big order (family of 6). Thank you Jahara for not just being a professional carhop, but for just being a respectful young lady. She exemplified the type of customer service all carhops should have.
My only complaint is that the app rarely works so if u r looking for half price drink deals u still may be in luck bc the manager on staff has came out to my car personally to apologize and make sure that I get exactly what they advertise with a very friendly and hospitable demeanor each time and I my opinion goes above and beyond to do her duties ensuring that every customer is satisfied and smiling when they leave!
