My husband and I have been moving hotel to hotel in 3 different cities. The weekly prices are the cheapest and if you take a day and scrub your bathroom (which I do in any hotel) and wipe things down the rooms are not that bad. The staff has been more than friendly and the other guests very sociable. Happy so far.

This place is the worst. I stayed here during New Year's Eve/Day, and there were people above me that decided to shoot off fireworks at midnight ABOVE MY PARKED CAR. I clearly saw them do so because after the explosion, I went right out to survey what they'd done. They put burnt marks on my vehicle from their fireworks. When I told management about it, they did nothing. They said that I could never prove it was who I said it was. Between this, the way that the rooms are represented, the people that sell drugs/rummaging through the garbage, the prostitution that goes on (which also happened), and the constant police presence, I would never recommend this to anyone. The only highlight of the place is one of the maintenance members; Antonio was his name, if I'm not mistaken. He was great, and always attentive to my needs. NEVER STAY HERE. FOR YOUR SAFETY, FIND A BETTER OPTION.

Checked into the hotel, got to my room and saw spiderwebs on the lampshade and burn holes in the comforter. Went back to the front desk within 15 minutes (because that’s their policy for refunds) and was asked if I wanted another room but then told if I didn’t like the first one I probably wouldn’t like the other. The lady was kind and told me what to do to get my refund. Walked outside to my car to make some phone calls regarding the refund, walked back inside with the company in which I booked through on the phone ready to refund with their approval, the lady was then rude and told me there was nothing she could do that her maintenance man looked at the room and didn’t see anything wrong. She repeatedly gave me “go to hell” looks and constant attitude. Told me to take the other room available or leave because I wasn’t getting a refund.. apparently nasty to me is normal to them? Always heard this place was nasty, tried to give them a chance and shouldn’t have. The lady at the front desk name is Christina and the owner’s name is Ken this “business” is trash. Ran and owned by white trash.

Honestly, the price is the best in the area... even cheaper than almost any airbnb options in that area (for 2). They have a small breakfast, and the manager was very kind and accommodating. The room itself wasn't too shabby, considering the fact that we had a small fridge and microwave, as well as clean carpet and linens. On the other hand, this non-smoking room smelled distinctly of smoke... maybe due to the cleaners that are hired, because it smelled worse after housekeeping. The curtain was torn and taped... so not the nicest, but still we had full privacy. Also be aware that the internet might not be strong. If you are looking for a cheap place, and you're not a picky traveler, it's not a bad stay.

This place is a dump!!! The police are there almost every single day, the office staff is unfriendly and not helpful, housekeeping will tell you they will get something for you that you have requested and they disappear and you never see them the rest of the day. There were 2 crack pipes in our room when we checked in, one under the ice bucket and one in the garbage can. This place needs to be shut down, its high crime and its dirty and nasty.
