Everything in store is as expected from Papa John's. My problem comes from phone ordering. I absolutely hate to order from someone not even working in the store. I had difficulty understanding the person in which I was speaking to and had to ask multiple times for them to repeat what they said.

Papa John's pizza is always a solid choice. I've always been a fan of the pizza sauce and crust. And this store doesn't disappoint. The people are friendly and service is great. Will be back for another set of pizzas soon!

Not sure if it’s the cast or what but the last two times I got pizza delivered (the EXLARGE) it was more grease on it than cheese idk what it is but Lancaster now has the worse papa johns I would recommend the one in rock hill by kjs mart or richburg I hate the one down here

I ordered a plain small cheese pizza easy enough. It took longer than promised and the time kept changing due to the driver going the wrong ways I finally got the pizza I over paid for cold and it seemed the driver was upset with me . Meanwhile I had given her a tip. Never again I want cold nasty food I will go to Walmart

This is a review of the Papa John's pizza located in Lancaster South Carolina.While Papa John's is definitely one of my favorite chain pizza restaurants The store unfortunately is hit or miss with employees it's either fantastic or horrible I don't know what the issue is.We always do take out and it's usually ready and within 15 minutes however the attitude of the guys working there is just like I said before it's either absolutely horrible and they're beyond rude or they're super friendly and nice depends on what day you go. We go two to three times a month so this is a pretty good average over the last year.

I bought 6 pizzas and 3 desserts for my vet they've been so good to Me am I pup. I asked them to please tell him it was from Sandy and thank you I left a $10 tip for the driver it was only 2 miles away. They never gave my name. They asked who sent it and he said I don't know then they called papa John's and they said they don't know. It's a little embarrassing and it really p***** me off. You lost the customer
