We ordered online, which gave me a pick up time 25 minutes later. I get to the store and it is dead. A few people eating, no one coming in. And employees taking smoke breaks in the parking lot. I have to wait 15 more minutes for the chicken to cook. I am offered crispy chicken which I really didn't want but had to take bc I'm in a hurry. I am writing this in store while waiting.. it's been probably 8 minutes... still waiting..... waiting...... waiting...... ........................ I should have just waited for the original

We stopped in for lunch and had a wonderful encounter with Wayne the manger!!! He was very personable and his positive vibe set the tone for his entire team! Highly recommend this location and can’t wait to visit this location again! WAY TO GO WAYNE!!!!!

This place is a joke. I love the new apple pie poppers but every time I come to the store the wait has been no less than 20 minutes. I've been sitting in the store since 7:50 and it's 8:20 now and my poppers still aren't done. The store is almost empty so they can't use the excuse that it's busy. And I'm not exaggerating about the wait time. Every time I've been here the wait has been 20 minutes or longer. It's a fairly new store so hopefully they are just working out the kinks.

1st mistake was going around 3:30 pm. Chicken, fries, nuggets were old, fries were old & cold. The only thing that was great was the chicken livers, which I gladly waited for.

I’ve been through this location many times since they opened which was only a few months ago. Ive had to go to Bonangles more times than I’ve actually been able to eat here because they never have any chicken. Each time I try to order wings they tell me they have to make them and it’s 20 minutes. I’m currently sitting in the parking lot because I decided to wait on my chicken this time instead of going to Bojangles (who always has chicken ready with no wait). I was told it would be 20 minutes. That was 40 minutes ago and I’m still sitting here.If you plan on ordering bone in chicken I wouldn’t waste my time here.
Came 15 minutes minutes before close, just wanted one 5pc tender box. The lady told me they were out of everything bone in chicken and I would have to wait 5-7 minutes for anything else I said I’d wait. She said “well we’re about to close so we’d be shutting the door when your foods done and we have to clean and close up. If you’re lazy just say that I’ve worked on food industry and that’s a big no. There’s way too much competition for you to be turning away bussiness.

Disappointed with my drive-through order. I specifically asked if they had extra crispy, and they said yes. I ordered the 8 piece bucket along with a small order of fries. As soon as I get to the window, they tell me they are short a leg, and if it is ok to replace with a thigh. I said sure. When I get home, I find that they only gave me 6 pieces. Not only did they NOT replace one of the legs with the thigh as expected, but the order was missing TWO pieces. How?! Honestly, it is not that complicated, especially if neither the dining room was full, and I was the ONLY one in the drive through line.
