My husband and I visited earlier this week, and I simply can't stop thinking about how great my selections were. Since he has been previously for work, I knew it was going to be delicious, and I was not disappointed. We started with fried pork dumplings, followed by Hot and Sour soup, which was the best I have ever eaten, and then had our entrees. He had Mongolian Beef and I had a Red Dragon Roll. It was to die for, and I can't wait to get it again.Absolutely highly recommend this place!

We absolutely love everything about this place, from the amazing food to the warm service. They are always so welcoming and overall wonderful! David and Janice do an incredible job! We visit at least once a week for the sushi.

2024-03-21: We’ve been eating here since it opened, and the food has been and still is the greatest! We are disappointed the portions served today are smaller than they used to be, but I still give it 5 stars for the excellent taste, though I left still hungry.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy.

This review is long overdue. But Antai is The best Chinese food, Japanese Sushi and Asian fusion type restaurant in Columbia. The sushi freshness and quality is the best in town. I’ve scoured sushi places all over town to find something better. Even at authentic places Antai beats them all. I’ve been going here since they started and this is as fresh as it gets. The food quality, the owners, the employees are always amazing. It’s owned by a family; the parents cook all the dishes and the daughters run the business. They’re always so nice. I have tried almost every Chinese place out there in the last 40 years in Columbia and Antai is THE BEST. Every time I go there there more recently there is usually a long wait time at night. And it’s because people are finding out about it. Or people go and become a long term customer like me. Because it’s really good and the best quality. Everything you eat is fresh and can’t be replicated elsewhere. They’ll also accommodate you if you have gluten allergies etc.

The glazed walnuts and shrimp meal was out of this world. The large shrimp were cooked to perfection and the glazed walnuts gave the meal the kick that it deserved. The carrots, flat beans along with the mushrooms added to the succulent flavors of the meal. I could not have asked for a better meal. I shall return!Wheelchair accessibility: It is handicapped accessible, however, there's not much room once you get inside. My brother used his Cane instead of his walker.

Nothing impressive with the entrees. Appetizer was ok. We had the Appetizer Taster which included 2 Chicken Curry Potstickers, 2 Pork Dumplings, 2 Vegetable Spring Rolls, and 2 Crab Wontons. My husband ordered the General Tso’s and I had the Cantonese Fried Rice.

Very nice restaurant! Both of our entrees were delicious! I had the garlic eggplant with vegetable fried rice. I throughly enjoyed it! It was so fresh! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit here again

Dining at the restaurant for the first time was a delightful experience. The grilled combination dinner, featuring perfectly grilled vegetables, beef, shrimp, and salmon, was an absolute delight – each element bursting with flavor. The deluxe sushi dinner exceeded expectations, with fresh seafood that melted in your mouth, complemented by an authentic wasabi kick. The staff were very accommodating and super friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. Undoubtedly the best sushi place we've tried in SC Lexington, offering a remarkable culinary experience with exceptional service.

The food was great but trying to get the food was not so great. We went in right at 5 & was seated right away but didn't get our food until 6:15. And, the restaurant was only half full. For the amount of food vs price vs wait time leaves me wanting to find somewhere else to dine.Parking: Parking lot is small with many other businesses who have reserved parking so we had to ride around for about 5 minutes to find a spot as someone else was leaving.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Like many Asian restaurants in the south, the staff likes to say things like “y’all” because their staff wants to act like American cowboy. The staff was very nice, they tolerated my blatant mispronunciation of “General T’so chicken”The food was excellent. I had the aforementioned General Tao chicken and it had the perfect amount of spice and bold flavor. While I don’t travel to South Carolina that often, I will be sure to make a return trip to this establishment.
