update review 3/9/24:Arbys: how you gonna sell a FRENCH DIP WITH NO DIP? EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I'm already home and i'd have to make another freaking 20 minute round trip just to get yall to fix this.

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap 2 roast beef sliders and 2 chicken sliders also mac-n-cheese bits. Mac-n-cheese bits good. Sliders good. Now on my buffalo chicken wrap I wanted there melted cheddar extra onions. But they decided I needed sliced cheese no onions and it looks like somebody fingered the food everywhere it's ridiculous. That bad part is I asked if they've already made it at the window. Said the wrap was made I asked if they could put extra onions on the side in a cup. Was asked to pull up cuz my sliders were still cooking their chicken. Brought me my bag got down the road ate a slider got home to molested food.
I did a mobile order at 7:34pm. It was supposed to be ready at 7:40pm. It is just now 8:12pm and I am receiving my food. While one girl was apologetic and said “because of the hassle we are giving you guys fresh fries” (as if they weren’t before). And that was the only fresh thing. The girl that brought our food out threw it at us and said “have a good night” in the most sour, sarcastic tone possible. The people here are incompetent and I would NOT recommend this Arby’s to anyone.

Employees were nice, the bathrooms were clean and the food was great. We've eaten here several times after church and have never had an issue or problem.Wheelchair accessibility: Many tables are wheelchair accessible
More of a truck stop atmosphere. Service was extremely slow as they tended specifically to the drive thru and ignored the inside line. Took over 10 minutes to get food once ordered and just ordered basic beef and cheddar sandwiches. We travel quite frequently through the area. We won't stop here again or recommend.

I love the food when I go there. Especially those mozzarella sticks. Even if they aren't the main focus of the place, they're amazing. The focus itself, the meat, I got the wagyu burger last time and the chicken the time before. Both tasted great. Would recommend.
