Horrible customer restaurant is completely filthy none of the staff has any cleanliness and not one of them wears gloves when preparing food for I literally watch the manager grab a handful of fries bare-handed and hand it out the window to a customer very unacceptable food in the lobby floor tash

Service was great, food came out quickly and was fresh but dang the chicken supremes are super tiny now. Not really worth the prices they’re asking for. The economy, blah blah blah, whatever sure just feels like a bit of a ripoff. Boooo.
If I could give it negative stars I would, we sat there for an hour in the drive through just to be told " their no longer taking orders through there because their "booming" " which they took the 2 cars in front of us and may I add that 7 cars left during this? If it's short staffed then put a damn note up and let people know it will take a while. Don't make them wait AN HOUR just to be told " come inside to order" and also if they were " booming" there wouldn't be just 4 cars parked and 2 actively waiting at the drive thru window. This place has turned AWFUL over the years. Y'all need to fix this before you lose too many customers. This was just a reminder to me why we don't go to this location any longer. Do better.

Went there Sunday night around 5:15 pm and ordered two two piece chicken dinners and once again after getting home no biscuits were to be had. Called back but it went to to voicemail. This is the third time this has happened. I knew I should have checked before I left. Service here is the worst.
