Very fast crew ordered paid received my order I wasn't in drive thru over 5 minutes total time. Sometimes this burger King is slow but food is usually fresh. DO NOT EAT THERE!!! Just witness lady at window cut her finger blood leaking everywhere and on the bag of food. She noticed and left the food at the window and went and put on a clear plastic glove, no bandage and came back to the window to give me that bag with blood on it. I called her out and I said oh no I’m coming in! I go in and she said there wasn’t any bandages so she put on the glove. So all food from just now is probably contaminated!!!!! She didn’t care at all and claimed she was the manager!!!! Slack slack slack ppl working there!!!!!!

I always order after 9pm and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Doesn’t taste like old grease like most locations. Always fast service.

Food was really good. But I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning. I finished eating my meal from this Burger King and went about my day. About maybe 5-10 minutes later my stomach starts hurting. So I use the bathroom and don’t think anything of it.. until I wake up the next day. I am nauseous and I’m having stomach cramps and I had diarrhea all day!! I didn’t even eat anything it was so bad. I felt so weak. Would not recommend to be honest

If i could give negative stars i would. I’m a door dasher and just came in to pick up an order, stood here for about 10 minutes with absolutely no one else even in the store. Then finally decided to go through the drive through and they answered right away. -10/10 stars.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Every single time we have went to this location there is a problem, we either don’t receive all of our food, our food is wrong or made incorrectly or it’s cold. The last time Sunday 10/8/2023 was the worst yet. I ordered online, arrived at the location 20 minutes after placing the order (to give them time since I’ve always ended up having to wait 15-20 minutes). Go through the drive thru … had to pull around and park to wait because the order wasn’t ready. After waiting 15 minutes in the parking lot my order is brought to me. Once I returned home and opened my food, all of it was there but any requests made (no onion, tomato.. etc) weren’t right. After my kids began to eat, we realized there was MOLD on the sandwiches. Contacted the restaurant and was told to contact corporate for a refund because it was an online order. I contacted corporate only to be told I cannot have a refund for the moldy inedible food I spent over $30 on and had to throw away but that they’d be happy to send me a $15 coupon for next time. Next time?!? Why tf would I go back there to wait forever and receive the wrong/cold food that is probably covered in mold again?? I would never recommend this location to anyone and dhec needs to be inspecting this place a little better.
