I have to say that in the last few times I have gone here, it has gone down. I get that they have limited staff. But I don't take meat and used to love coming here for Impossible whoppers on Wednesdays. But, when u have to wait upwards of 15 minutes just for that and a drink.Plus it's nearly 30 bucks now for 2 Impossible whoppers with cheese and 1 large diet abd a regular diet. That's just price gauging. I'm sorry. I could honestly either buy a weeks worth of groceries at Food Luon when they have the managers special, or eat at a sit down resteraunt like alodias for less at lunch and receive better service, or have Mexican sit down lunch. Sorry to say, Bk. You need to do better on time, bc I cannot get my time back. It's more valuable than money. I get your short handed. But, that is your staffing concern, not mine. Please solve it accordingly, before customers come to your location. Otherwise, we may not return again, or go elsewhere. Went by there last night at 9 minutes after 10 and the place was a ghost town. No one anywhere to be found. I waited at the drive thru and then waited at the window for someone to take my order. NOTHING!!This is not my first time complaining about this location. It’s always like this. Something seriously needs to happen here or close it and put up another mc Donald’s.

Poor and slow service.Food wasn't even fresh.You can tell they cheat the drive through timer by having cars pull up or park. They do it with and without cars behind you.

Terrible service. Nobody was at the restaurant, but I waited about 7 minutes at the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. When I said I was picking up a mobile order I was asked to pull forward to wait on my meal. I then waited 20 more minutes only to get food that was not hot or fresh. I do NOT recommend coming to this Burger King.

For starters had to order at the kiosk and then they tell me they are out of cheesy tots and they can’t reimburse my money cause I paid at the kiosk! I told them to give me an extra slice of pie (we were supposed to get 2 slices free with large meals and never got them) I had a burger melt and a whopper plain, neither burger was made correctly and both patty’s were way undercooked. $30 for a meal that we couldn’t even eat. Bk lost a customer tonight! Oh and we were the only people in the store so it wasn’t like they were busy!
