Rude girl at drive thru with long dark hair in a ponytail today 3/26/3/2024 at 10:30 AM. I had got stuck behind a car in the other drive thru lane for 5 minutes, and the girl there would not take anyone else in line. So, I finally was able to back up, get behind someone in the other lane, and when it was finally my turn, the girl with the ponytail told me it was a minute past breakfast and I could only order lunch now. She said she saw me stuck in the other line (car still blocking that lane) and refused to let me order breakfast, so I left, but not before she laughed and said "have a great day" in the rudest manner possible as she giggled. I called to speak to the manager but was told all I could do is leave a message. I never got a call back, and will shop elsewhere for breakfast! Rudest experience at a Chick-fil-A ever!

I was pretty disappointed this time with this restaurant. I have never had a problem but this time I waited in extremely long drive thru line. I waited total of15 minutes after placing my order and then my side items were cold.
Don't use the drive thru. Your order most likely will never be fully correct and you'll be stuck there for an excessive amount of time. Somehow Cars in the front were having to wait and cars in the back were receiving their food, causing an unnecessarily long wait to leave.

Was in line today for nearly 10 minutes before I was able to order. I was finally at the worker exactly AT 10:30 and wasn’t able to order breakfast, she didn’t even see if the kitchen had any left. This isn’t the correct transition to breakfast policy and drive through workers should be educated. I was having a bad morning and this is very disappointing. Left with nothing.
