They don't give enough meat,to much rice and I had the lady mix mine up so I didn't get 4 bites of all rice hot. Then cold salsa,then hawt

Lousy. The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Upon entering, I was met with filthy tables with rice and other food remnants all over the floor. There wasn’t one clean table in the place. Once again, they said their internet was down so they couldn’t accept walk in orders. They turned away a bunch of people. I was able to get my order via a mobile order though. The blonde girl was eating food behind the counter and then proceeded to lick her fingers. As usual, the napkins were empty and customers had to request that they be refilled. Complete lack of managerial oversight and a poor attitude to customers overall. The word customer service doesn’t exist here. Whoever owns this location needs to pay attention.

LATE REVIEW**** My husband and i were passing through visiting family. We stopped here on our way back to Charlotte(Mar 10th) and we were absolutely unimpressed. This location opened 6-8 mins late while there was a nice amount of customers waiting outside. The food was cold and almost nothing was ready. The meat was cold as if it was from the day before. Management needs to ensure these staff members do their job.

This store and customer service is trash. My kids ordered bowls in a defective bag and when they got to their destination to bring food in the bag bust from the bottom causing their bowls to spill all over the ground. The worker told me this isn’t their problem once the food leaned out of their door.

By far the most sum-par chipotle I’ve ever eaten at, which says a lot because I absolutely love this chain/franchise.I’ve come in several times at least 45m before close and was told they were out of sour cream and various salsas for the night because “they were already closing down and didn’t want to open another container of it”. Place is also filthy and I’m not sure how they manage to overcook the food, but the chicken was dry af.I have no doubt it’s just poorly managed. Evidently their quality control is just non-existent at this location. Diablos’s across the street is a wayy better option.

Wouldn't let me order a quesadilla in the resturant, have to do that online now....so I went to Diablo's. Diablo's is better anyway, plus don't charge $3 extra for guacamole so guess it works out better.
