Stay away! Awful service. No meat at a bbq place???? If I could give ZERO starts, I would. They said they ran out of meat at 5 pm and cancelled our delivery. They gave us no options, just cancelled our food with 5 minutes notice before the delivery was to arrive. I ordered the family pack dinner for my sister because her family was all at the hospital due to a child being in a horrific accident. Don't use them if you are trying to do something nice for someone!

This place just needs to close permanently already. Its never open. This is the 3rd and final time I come to try and eat here. Closed on memorial day at 5pm? Really.

Traveling from GA. Came to the Dickey’s at 13835 Cleveland TX 105 and was highly disappointed. Signed up to receive a 20% discount thru website but was charged full price. When I asked the clerk to fix the error I was told there was nothing that can be done and to come back the next day. After paying over $200 for a meal my order was incorrect. I will never go to any Dickeys ever again.

Most importantly, the BBQ was good. The overall experience, however, was poor because:- there's no indication on the website or Google Maps that this location is actually inside a Walmart. They need a sign on Sunset Blvd or somewhere as I drove around for 5 min looking for it- we placed our order online for pickup. When I got there, they said they were out of one of the meats. You need to update the "inventory" online to prevent people ordering it or at a minimum call back immediately, to let the customer know. The server said they are not provided any contact information??- the BBQ for this location is actually smoked at their Two Notch Rd location, so next time I will go there instead as they're less likely to run out of something.

First time ordering here. My fiancee and I ordered $74 worth of food from here, paid for delivery. When we waited an hour for the food to show up that never did, he went to pick it up only to find the restaurant CLOSED. How in the world can an establishment accept an order and process my money when the building wasn't open? And obviously I can't call for a refund because again, they are closed. I will be disputing with the bank and never coming back. I couldn't believe it.

Terrible!!! Took 2 hours to get my food and nothing was right. Wanted pulled pork with jalapeño sausage, cut fries and a coke. Received brisket, sweet potato fries and sweet tea. Food was horrible!

Last 2 times during summer, tried to order delivery. After waiting, delivery service contacted me to tell me Dickeys was Closed and they were told Dickeys had been closed for 4 days. They must be closed because answering machine says it's box is full and can't leave message. Don't know why it hasn't been removed from delivery sites.

Every time I try to order from this location through a delivery service that they clearly participate with, they cancel my order. I will be calling corporate on this franchise, this is ridiculous they're messing with peoples dinners!

This place is horrible. I've been there twice in the past month to pick up Uber Eats orders, and each time there were no employees in sight, waited upwards of 10 minutes each time, even called the listed restaurant number...no response. Had to cancel the orders each time. Horrible service.

Terrible experience ordering catering. Food never showed, they never called me back to acknowledge their terrible situation they left me in and corporate gave me the run around. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I order online and when I got there the guy drop my bag of food so it was a mess when I got home and I didn't have half of the sauces I order and a pork taco was missing but I had a brownie in place of it I guess was not a good experience

I arrived at 1:25 PM to pick up my 1:30 PM online order. There was no employee there and a sign was out that said “Lunch Break, be back in 15 minutes.” I waited until 2 PM and nobody showed up the entire time. They knew my order was needed because it was printed out and sitting on the counter so apparently they just went to lunch knowing that I was coming in in a matter of minutes to pick up my order. Also, why are they taking a lunch break on my lunch break?
