Went today got burger and small fries and placed a tip on it get home to find blonde hair in my cook and the lady cook clearly was a blonde I know it happens. However I’m highly disappointed in their refund you refund my for my food but not tip I paid you all so I wasted gas twice to come here still no food and out money!

What is if any your military discount policy? I’ve literally come in this exact location before and been given a military discount but today when I asked to use it the girl was like she didn’t know she looked to the manager and all he did was shake his head no. He could have at least been a little nicer like I’m sorry maam no we don’t offer one. He literally acted like it pissed him off I asked. Too bad military members can’t be selective about who the want to give their life to protect smh! Will not be back to this location!!! Habit burger opened down the street anyway ?

Had not visited 5 Guys in over a year as I had a bad food experience at the Harbison store. This time we visited highway 378 store in Lexington the service was prompt and the food was delicious. In future we will eat at this location.

5 Guys in Lexington has always provided exceptional service and this visit was no different. The workers were kind, the food was quick and prepared as requested, hot and delicious. An employee was consistently walking through the dining room to clean tables and sweep as patrons were leaving. Great experience, as always!

Used to be ok, but today was the last hamburger I will eat at this restaurant in Lexington SC. The staff always overcooks the fries. Fries are one of the signature menu items. How can you ruin your signature items??? Then today, my hamburger was COLD. Unbelievable!! Same items in one in downtown Columbia SC makes things perfect. Unbelievable. SMH.
