I come here to eat often. Got brown paper for wiping hands in the sandwich. ... This is not meat... I thought it was meat and swallowed a few pieces.1/25/2024Comments updated. I emailed the business. I received an apology. There is nothing else. No refunds or replacements. Then let me call the business if I have any questions.

The best experience at a Jersey Mike's ever. I've always been a fan but I came in late right before close. The team was gracious, kind, and executed with a high level of hospitality! This is a testament to the leadership in this store and you should be proud of your team members! Well done Jersey Mike's!

Staff wasn't very friendly and when I got home our order was wrong(ordered on app). Tried calling several, some answered the phone but never said anything so I hung up and tried again several times but it just beeps.

I'll never eat there again. Bread is minimum 2 day stale. Meat is sliced thinner than paper and stretched out on the sandwich. You can't use the app to pay anymore unless you want to use Google Pay.

I’ve been there several times and they have always been friendly. The boys cut the bread, meat and cheese and the woman put the ingredients on the sandwich . The boys were both polite, the younger bigger boy was supper friendly. A woman and a child came in after me, but the manager for some reason made their sandwich first, which was ok. I thought she was making mine and I asked her if that was mine, she just glared at me. When she got to me I told her I had ordered an Italian grinder, she stated that they don’t have grinders there so I told her just an Italian original but to cut it in half and don’t add any vinegar or Sauces on it. Then she asked me three more times what I wanted, She seemed not to hear me or understand me.. I got closer to the window and she told me to get my hands off the top of the glass for sanitary reasons and I understand that. I thought she knew everything I wanted and then she called me up again and once again I forgot and put my fingers on top of the glass and once again she informed me in a rude manner to get my fingers off the top of the glass, which was my fault. I paid the boy my bill and I asked him if she was his manger and he said yes. She had a mean face when I walked in and a mean face on when I walked out. I am 75 years old and am 100% disabled veteran and recently had a quadruple open heart surgery recently. I had been out all day helping my granddaughter buy a car, go to the court house and pay property taxes, go to the DMV, go get insurance, put her new plates on, dump the trash off, gas up her car. To sum it all up, I had a long tiring 9 hour day. The last thing I needed was to deal with her grumpy face and attitude. No one knows what the other person is going through, so we all should be kind to each other. The boys were nice but this manager was terrible. I don’t know her name, but she was somewhere around 30 years old or so. Not sure, but she was short. I went there today August 7th somewhere around 6 pm. I have managed lots of employees in a Subaru automotive factory for 27 years, I’ve done many many interviews and I can tell who is a good employee and who is a god leader. She is neither. I would recommend she apply for a position in the U,S, Army and work up to Drill Sergeant. They always look mad and disgruntled . Worst experience ever at a Jersey Mike’s. Poorly trained staff with no personality unless you count the sarcastic woman on shift today. I’d recommend another location or eating elsewhere.LMAO. After posting my review, I saw another review from 2 months ago so I had to come back and add to the above. Same thing happened to me today. I ordered my toppings one at a time and the “sarcastic” woman I referred to above told me the same thing as the poster two months ago. She said next time order it Mike’s Way without the juices, blah, blah.Apparently management despite their responses to other reviews don’t care that many of us find that to be sarcastic and rude because it is still happening!!!!

My wife and I were ordering and I made my selections for toppings and when I finished the very rude sandwich maker said "Next time just order it Mike's Way add pickles" it wasn't what she said but how she said it. Then the bill was $30 two regular subs, chips and drinks! I had sticker shock. Honestly very pricey for a cold sandwich. For comparison I had a very nice hot grilled burger, fries and a drink for $11 just a few miles down the road at a regular sit down restaurant. Not fast food, not a sandwich shop. As far as "next time" probably won't be a next time. I'm not paying premium prices for rude talk and a cold sandwich when I can have a nice hot meal at a full service resturant much cheaper.Update: Thanks for the response, seemed very generic. We have decided that we work too hard for our money to wast it on rude workers and owners that are not genuine, Jersey Mike's is on our black list. Good luck, we will spend our money on better food and people that appreciate our business.

I was just told by this store that they would not take a $50 bill for a $22 order. They said it was their policy. Help me understand how you can “decide” to not accept cash. They actually suggested I go next door to another business and have them break the 50 into smaller bills.

Clean store, good sub but Rude staff. Very corse and curt with all responses. Highly unprofessional and all looked to be unhappy to be there.
