Walked in on Saturday December 9 three out of the four employees in the store were wearing masks and all of them were coughing or appeared ill. The gentleman in front of me asked why is everyone wearing masks and Tammy the manager who was openly ill and coughing responded with saying that all the employees wearing a mask were ill/coughing and had fevers. She even said she shouldn’t have been at work today but didn’t have a choice. Another employee said yeah I’m sick but couldn’t miss out on money. Employees that are ill like they were should not be preparing food it is a food safety violation. If you want to eat a place where employees are preparing food that are ill this is the place for you. Disgusting i threw out my sub and won’t be returning.

They were kind, polite, and it was fast. Our food was great and we traveled 45 minutes both ways. Definitely our favorite sub spot. Since this experience we have been back several times since. Thanks.Vegetarian options: My daughter is a veggie sub lover and they were also kind enough to recommend her items as well.

I’ve only visited this location 3 times since moving to Lexington and honestly I don’t think I would return. Yesterday around 6:40pm only 2 employees working and they BOTH had the nastiest attitude EVER. I asked the young lady (politely) to wash her hands after handling the register and she stared at me for a good 10 seconds, then after she washed her hands and put on gloves she touched her face ?. So I asked her to just change her gloves she walked off and told employee to do it and of course the 2nd employee got upset because she mad my food wrong. It was just a mess. I understood being short staffed, so I had patience but their customer skills horrible and they didn’t care about any health training.

Ok so we normally are happy to spend 25 to 30 dollars each time we visit but after saturday experience i am now wanting to go to firehouse or jimmy johns. Firstly we ordered online and waited 25 mins as unorganised team and watched the girl make the sub and the bread was just falling apart so i asked for another bread (not remake) just bread and was given attitude by tammy the manager. I said look its not a 5 dollar sub its a kahuna giant and its unprofessional to serve it falling apart. She had the girl place on another sub, the 2nd sub was soaked in oil and vinegar and unedible, did ask online for that to be on the side. But the most upsetting of all of this is i watched tammy (manager) eat behind the meat station and just wipe her hands on a dirty looking cloth then help a customer with a sub. If you have cameras you can see this. I think its upsetting to know what quality standards your company is setting by not enough food health training. I wont support jersey mikes anymore and have shared my experience to others to not visit that site. I also contacted dhec and shared my information on the non hand washing events. Did we waste the subs...you bet we did... thought about it and not worth getting sick. Hope others who visit are aware ...

Ludicrously slow. I ordered online and walked in 15 minutes later, at my pickup time. "We're still working on it." 15 minutes later, "are you here for a pickup? Oh we're still working on it." By this point people who walked in after me and ordered in person were getting their food and leaving. And I had to ask yet again if they were still making my sandwich. All told it took 40 minutes between me placing my order and them actually giving it to me. For ONE SANDWICH. And 25 of those 40 minutes were me WAITING IN THE STORE and watched as other customers walked in after me and got served first. Ridiculous.

The 2 stars are for the friendly staff. The missing 3 stars are for a $15 regular sub with double meat. No drink. No chips. That's just crazy! Oh.. and no bacon. That's just an incredibly bad value for the money. I think that I might just be done. Everything is extremely expensive I get it. This is getting outta hand. That sub should be 10$ at the most. Even the bread is like old,cold and cheap. Seriously

This place has good food, though this isn't exactly a chain I tend to actively seek out to go. I wish they had more options for toppings especially with the price they charge for food. I'm glad they have gluten free options for people that need them!

Terrible. Wouldn’t come back. Everything was fine until she moved the trash can then moved the cooler then proceeded to finish making my sub. The manager needs to teach them proper hand washing. It was a girl with pink braids .

Went in, staff did not acknowledge me in any way stood patiently for more than a few minutes as other people's orders were being filled another couple came in after me and suddenly the girl asked the gentleman what would he like to order. I said I know what I would like to order, everyone looked at me for a moment and went right back to what they were doing. I left and went to Sub Station II.

Weakest sandwich I’ve ever had from this chain. Paid $25 for a chipotle sandwich with extra meat/extra cheese asked to add mayo.Almost all bread, no mayo, chicken dry. Very little cheese. Considering I paid nearly $7 for extra meat and cheese I figured I’d get something?Bread was also dry, since the sandwich was practically wide open and not wrapped properly. Not worth going back to complain, but will go to the Irmo location from now on.

Not friendly. Got home to find out we were missing an entire sub. When we went back to get it, no apology.. nothing. On top of that, it was soggy and the chicken was pure grease.
