Called around 6 to cancel an order that was placed at the wrong location was told I would get a call back by the manager to confirm it was canceled. I didn’t so I called back at 8 and asked to speak with the manager. The manager was very rude when asking if my order was canceled as if she didn’t want to speak with me. Never been to this location before and based on this interaction I never will.

Refused service. Stated that they were closed. Your employees at this location at liars. At 7:30 pm we attempted to go in and place an order and the door was locked. The employees pointed and just laughed as they continued to clean. We then called and spoke with someone while still parked in front and told me the door was unlocked which is wasn't. Open sign was turned off as well. What a joke

Rebekah the general manager at the South Lake location went above and beyond for myself and 2 other teachers at Deerfield Elementary School. She drove her personal vehicle and used her gas to deliver an Uber eats order that I had issues receiving. I’ve NEVER experienced customer service at such a superior level. I told her that I didn’t need her to do it, and she insisted because she didn’t want our experience ruined. How extraordinary is that?! She inconvenienced HERSELF to own a problem that wasn’t even her’s! We were so grateful of her actions and I wanted to make sure I took time out of my day to express my gratitude to her.

They are quick and efficient. I came in at lunch and it was slammed but they got the orders promptly and made a delicious sandwich. I went with my go to sub from Mikes, The Original Italian! So so good!

Second visit to this location. Ordered 2 regular subs (Turkey & Provolone and #8).Added chips and small drinks. Dined-in restaurant. Food was good. Staff were friendly. ??
Two instances, one I order mobile so that when I get there my food will be ready and this place time and time again don't even start a order until after you're in the store 20 minutes later and it still hasn't started. And two I do food delivery and they skip the orders over and over again get people who are in there who ordered after you've had an order for 10 minutes been there waiting 5 minutes your food still isn't starting but they're making food for people who come in and leave after you got there
