This is by far the worst KFC I have ever visited. I walked into make my order, plenty of cooks and cleaners, but only one counter person who also was doing drive thru. Made my order, 12 of original 2 mash potatoes and gravy and a coleslaw. Sit to wait and waited and waited, there was one order in front of me and one came in after me. Only about 4 cars in the drive thru when I came in. Had to show my receipt twice, the guy behind me got his order first, no big deal, had to explain again after showing receipt what my order was, waited then they shouted out piece ? I said no 12 piece with potatoes (2) and coleslaw. Finally order came out, and dummy me I left. Got home no coleslaw, only 4 biscuits, was supposed to be 6, and chicken was burnt to beyond extra crispy. I will not be back to this store .

I ordered a EIGHT PIECE BUCKET and got S E V E N pieces..Do i have to double check my order for accuracy ?Now i will look TWICE Before i leave the Drive thru..Stay Hungry My Friends....

I ordered an 8 piece bucket and a 3 piece box, ordered legs and thighs Only because my family only eats dark meat. It was delivered and I opened it to find regular orders including breasts. Tried to call multiple times and they don’t answer the phone. Will never order from them again, will go back to ordering from Rush’s, they get the orders right!

I haven't been to a KFC in several years due to poor experiences but I decided to give them another shot. I ordered an 8 piece chicken tenders on line for pickup. When I picked up my order the staff was pleasant and attentive however when I got home, I discovered they only gave me 6 pieces. Come on guys, it's not hard to count to 8. I think it'll be awhile before I go back.

What happened to five dollars box that your best deal anyway I went to K FC and go to peace chicken ? I asked for original they gave me extra crispy is it somebody don’t listen to good or they do not care about your order bad enough it went up on the prices. I’m just saying pay attention to people order if I have time I will go back and get my damn original chicken.? by the airport

There are times when the chicken is too greasy. When you get it fresh, it's really good. It's like everything else......dig deep in your purse......you will pay an arm and a for it.

Enjoyed a nice hot Chicken Potpie on a cool Sunday after church. Very friendly staff with efficient service. I was sad to see the beautiful oak tree on the corner of Hwy 378 and SC Hwy 6 had been cut down. The loss of a live oak tree to enhance the visibility of the KFC was unnecessary. With cell phones and GPS patrons can find KFC without destroying a beautiful live oak. SO SAD and ILLOGICAL act.☹?

I pre-ordered an 8-piece chicken + 8 tenders fill up on the app. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. The employees were pleasant and the manager was doing a great job coaching and assisting her staff. The service was slow even though the food was pre-ordered. My order took around 30 minutes to prepare and the restaurant was out of biscuits. The biscuits were substituted with hush puppies. Overall, I would order from this restaurant again.

Only went there due to Bojangles being out of chicken, so I had to drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way to get some chicken. The food was decent, not like I remembered how KFC used to be when growing up.

I hate leaving a bad review but I’ll keep this one short because there isn’t much to say. I used to come here a lot but not really happy with my last two visits to this location. Both were pretty much the same. Ordered some chicken and fries. I’ll start by saying The food took forever to come out and the two staff members I dealt with weren’t very friendly. Almost like they don’t enjoy talking to customers or even being there.Food: The chicken was a little soggy, greasy, and had little crisp. The fries was very salty and honestly not good.The restrooms were dirty but the restaurant it’s self was clean.
