Overall not a bad experience! The ice cream and the cones were good. I got a waffle cone and cotton candy ice cream, I enjoyed both. They are not stingy with the scoops and give you plenty! They have a lot of flavors to pick from as well. Can't go wrong with ice cream! I would give them a try if you're in the area.

LICK Ice Cream is dreamy❣️? My daughter & I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I got "It's a Jungle Out Here" milkshake. I love cotton candy anything. The cream wasn't too sweet which also made me happy. My youngest daughter got coffee ice-cream on a waffle cone & was pleased. The shop itself is so cute & fun. A little child or big child's dream. Lol I'm a big one.? I also love that they give a military discount. Love that for us soldiers & veterans. WE LOVE THIS PLACE❣️??A note to the franchise owner: I will update my review to 5 stars if I can get the logo on my jar. Part of the coolness of getting the mason jars is the beauty of the logo, it's so cute & cool, would photograph so much better. Not a deal braker but disappointing none of them had it. Posted hours say 12 to 8 Mon to Thurs they don't open till 2pm, take note of that. Came with family tried a variety of ice cream and milkshakes. Besides how "fun" the signature milkshakes look, ice cream isn't as creamy as other places. Strawberry cheesecake ice cream has a weird aftertaste, and I can't make it out. Overall, I wasn't too impressed. It's a "fun" place to visit. Tables have a sticky film on top. Place napkins down before you put anything down. This was right when they opened.Parking: Small parking lot, during busy hours, it can be a problem

They have a good variety of icecream flavors but not many options if you do not want dairy. There was one flavor of sorbet (lemon) tasted like hand soap smells. They do have smoothies with in my opinion are well made but very thick. The available straws make it almost impossible to drink. We made a special trip for the cotton candy icecream my daughter loves it.Vegetarian options: Unless you want a smooth, There was only one option for non dairy lemon sorbet

Staff was rude and looked miserable to be there. It took forever to get our bubble cones and my ice cream was completely melted when she scooped it into the wafer cone and tasted freezer burnt.
This place is INSANE. You have to try it. You will not regret it. People who post photos are spoiling it for you. Just go and don't tell your children or whoever you are going with. It's worth it to see the look on their face.
