Workers are standing around and on there phone. Manager is outside talking to friends in vehicle. No pizzas were available and I had to wait for it. This place used to be speedy but this business loves to waste time and money. It's 10pm and I figured there would be pizza but sadly I had to wait. Then after I said business was slow the worker that was on her phone then turned and walked away after I had asked her to get the my pizza that was ready. Side note the manager took the order of another but refused to assist me until I yelled for assistance. I'm already waiting. Don't make me wait longer. The same guy in drive thru was still sitting there. I guess they don't have any respect for where the money comes from as long as they get it. This is in Lexington across from high school.

The worst the owner of this place really ito step up and make changes or have someone that actually know how to work and make others work and get orders in and out bc it was ridiculous yesterday go in order 3 pepperoni pizza they say 25min wait ok fine go to Lowe's food grab somethings come back they haven't even started my and I see they got 6 pizzas ready and girl at counter Didnt want to give me any bc they were only for ppl just walking in I was a walk in 25mins ago y'all didn't have any ready and says it's another 25mins nope I got my refund and went elsewhere they lossing business and the respect of the community

They got my order wrong and instead of correcting it. They told me to call a customer service and then customer service told me to call the store. Then the store told me to call a different service number and they told me to call the store. I eventually gave up. Poor management. If they get your order wrong. Don’t expect them to fix it. I spent 30 dollars and they gave me about 15 dollars of what I actually ordered. The rest of the order was incorrect and cold

When i went in almost an hour before close i was informed the manager, a bigger guy with a nose ring, was cooking. Well i saw wings that had been sitting in the warmer box for some time. I ordered a pizza and buffalo wings. When i came vack in to collect my food I was appaled when i came back in and the wings in the bix were gone. They were sauced and given to me soggy af and luke warm. Then i got home and tried to eat the pizza. It was floppy and soggy and half raw. I expect a refund and a reaponse from a general manager, since it was a manager that %#$!:#^# my food up

This location used to be good. Orders are never on time. Last time we waiting over 40 minutes after our pickup time. My husband has been waiting for 30 so far, we wanted to give them a second change. Their employees don't wear kitchen safe shoes, which makes them move with caution. We will be going back to Domino's, surprisingly cheaper too.Update: order wasn't even in! My husband requested a refund. The store wasn't even busy, they had enough employees. This is a restaurant that should have pizzas ready, we ordered the pizza online with enough time for them to make it. Never again.

So I gave 2 stars more or less for the complete lack of how to run an operation you have cars backed up at the pickup window like unbelievably backed up. The pickup window is so slow it's ridiculous then when you get there your stuff's not ready within the time frame they told you it would be and you have to then drive all the way around and wait in line again to go through the pick up window they make no considerations to allow you to pay for your stuff and then bring it out to you when it's ready. I don't know who owns or manages this place but they're doing a horrible job! But I will say the pizza that we get is good that's why we come. But the service so bad it's just really awful!

We go every two weeks because the children love it and with the littlest's egg allergy, this is a safe choice for pizza. We order on the app and pickup at store. We have always gotten the right order, but on a couple occasions did not get the marinara dipping sauce. Our orders are normally ready at the estimated pickup time. The adults' complaint is just how greasy it is. The grease typically has seeped through the cardboard box at pickup already. I ended up having a paper towel to place it on when putting it down in car or afterwards in fridge to avoid more residue to clean up.

Hot N Ready advertised until 8 PM, got there at 7 and no pizzas are ready. Had to wait 15 minutes. Need to change hot n ready time range or be prepared to serve.
