Abysmal service. We’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and our food still isn’t ready. There are other tables in here who have been here longer and are still waiting. They’ve been serving the drive thru first without completing the in house orders. I’ve never had this experience at a fast food place before. Can’t even rate the food on the review because it just hasn’t come yet. We’d have been better off going somewhere else.

I’m not sure if 1:30pm on Saturdays is like the worst time to come to this location but I waited about 25 minutes for two wraps. I waited at the order box for a few minutes before someone finally took my order, then I waited about 5-10 minutes at the window to pay for my food before a worker came to the window (I was starving and didn’t want to go anywhere else) and then I waited another 10-15 minutes for my food. The worker was nice about the whole thing but he said it was super busy inside even though I only saw about 4 people inside. I guess those four people could’ve had big orders and I understand that places do get busy but there’s no way I should’ve waited that long for the small items that I got.

Service sucks! The worst I've experienced in Lexington. Food took over 25 mins to get and was cold. Order was incomplete and again the service is literally non existant AF. Place was dirty and floorwas gross. Zero stars.

One of my first jobs was at a LJS. The meal that I had here was as good as I remembered! It took a few minutes for the staff to cook the fish, but the little wait was worth it. Delicious hush puppies

Customer service lacked customer service. I won't be patronizing this location again for a while....its wild to have to pay for rudeness and a snarky attitude. Management, please train your employees and teach them not to get upset when they mess up the order." The gentleman who who works this location needs double/triple training on customer interactions dos and do nots.

The LJS side was terrible with hard as a rock shrimp. The KFC had dried out chicken.My experience tells me: Pick a different location than this one.

We lost our LJS in Macon, Ga to the pandemic. We were happy to find this one while traveling! The fish was as good as we remembered!

Showed up just before 5 p.m., and all the doors were locked. Workers inside but only serving drive through.
Giving 4 stars because I just can't see any fast food place earning 5. However, the staff is always friendly here & the service is always fast. But the biggest PLUS for me is this is the ONLY ff restaurant that my son can eat at bc of food allergies. Everywhere else uses either peanut or soybean oil in their fryers. LJS uses Canola & we are so thankful for that bc he can have French fries again! And he now loves fried fish & shrimp (He's allergic to soy, peanuts, & most meats.) So thankful for LJS!
The dining area was so nasty that should’ve been my sign to not order but I no longer have a Long John Silvers where I live and decided to give it a go anyway. Whooo big mistake! We were not advised that it would be an almost 30 minute wait. The fish was so freaking greasy that even 5 napkins couldn’t drain it. You can see the grease on my hands! I’ve been to the one in Anderson, SC and it was nowhere near how greasy this fish was. Eat here at your own risk. You’ve been warned.

The batter for fry fish and chicken is too salty. It’s not a new thing. Long John Silver’s fish is always salty. It’s good but too salty. I rather put salt on my food instead of throwing it away because we cannot eat it.

Giving 4 stars because I just can't see any fast food place earning 5. However, the staff is always friendly here & the service is always fast.
