Lulu’s used to be a favorite of mine, but unfortunately, I don’t think I will be back. We waited almost 20 minutes to order, our server apparently misheard my order and brought the wrong food, and at this point, we had been waiting for 45 minutes to eat.I was able to get his attention, told him that my order was incorrect, and requested that I receive my food to-go as my partner had already finishing their meal. When I received my order, it was already plated and did not have chicken as requested. The check was also incorrect when we received it. We have never had issues with Lulu’s but today seemed to be an absolute disaster. They were not busy at this time as only 4 tables were occupied. Very disappointed as the food is usually great, but service matters too.

Amazing food. We shared the Mokajete for 2, an order of Lulu's Guatemala and some drinks. I can't wait to come back and try more.The server was the friendliest person I ha e ever met. Super chill and just seemed happy in general. This makes for a great atmosphere.

All the dishes we ordered are mouth watering: Lulu’s guacamole, grilled chicken tacos, burrito bowl, guava empanadas.Staff are very friendly and accommodating.They replaced shredded chicken with grilled chicken and burrito with burrito bowl for us.Menu is priced reasonable for ambience and cleanliness.Parking: Ample parking!Kid-friendliness: Customized food for my kid. Requested for burrito bowl rather than burrito, restaurant staff accommodated my request. See one of the pictures in this review.
Best Latin food I’ve ever had, hands down! I would include Mexican in that comparison and I’m from Texas. You need to come try the food here. The picture is of Shrimp A la Diablo mufungo, it’s the perfect amount of spice and delicious savory flavor! I’ve had several dishes from here and this is my favorite. If you’re looking for a good Cuban theirs is the best too! The empanadas we get as an appetizer are perfectly cooked, savory and come with a very tasty sauce. The service is always quick and very nice, even put together a special order of their mango habanero dressing for me to take home at my request for my salads during the week. The atmosphere is very nice, decor is pretty, upbeat Latin music playing. Come out and try it or order to go if you’re in a hurry, I’ve done that and the service was awesome then too!

This was a real treat, the meal portions are worth the price, service was great and the food was delicious! The plate presentation was also unique! Who can dress up Tostones? Lulu’s can! They also played classic salsa in the background, I enjoyed myself! Will definitely go back with my sisterParking: We found a spot directly in front of Lulu’s, when we left there were other options available.Kid-friendliness: There was a family there two kids and they were enjoying the atmosphere, waiter tended to them with a smile, warm and welcoming.

The food wasn’t bad but just an overall below average restaurant. Service wasn’t great. The server and the hostess weren’t able to tell me what was good on the menu because they said they really haven’t tried anything. I got the burrito and it wasn’t bad but wasn’t exceptional. Music was subpar.
