I made an online order for 2 pizzas and a ham sub. Only ham on the sub because my kid is picky and has a dairy allergy, I did not see an option for notes so I called the store and told them about my child’s allergy and they were very kind and told me they would use separate gloves, wrap the sub immediately and bag separately! I am so impressed and will be back!

It's time to update my review since the last review is 4 years old. Still a great pizza place. They always get my order right, and they even have curbside pickup. I wish they would make their curbside pickup phone number sign more visible, as it's currently up against a bush, but I still give em 5 stars!

They evidently have delivery problems today. Typical. If you can’t provide the service as you advertise then take it down and don’t offer. Waited forever and still waiting. I called the location and was told the delivery time online was wrong because they only had one driver today. Like I mentioned if you can’t provide the service as advertised then don’t offer it.

I ordered a Greek salad and crustless meatball bake this morning. The salad looked so fresh, I commented to the lovely young working I picked it up! It was beyond my expectations and all the veggies were so fresh. I loved the meatball bake as well. Great taste and outstanding customer service makes me want too go back !! Thank you!

This was my go to for pizza but unfortunately the service has gone down in past year. Today the delivery took an hour and twenty minutes, so the pizza and wings were barely warm by the time it got to me. It would be nice to know if the food is running late. I would even opt to come pick it up if they're short on drivers. Some of the details like well done, sauces etc are frequently either incorrect or not done at all. I think today will be the last day I order from Marco's for a good while. I hope things turn around in the future.
We love Marcos but this location on south lake drive is awful and does not represent the brand very well. Ordered a pizza online and arrived at the quoted time only to find the food hadn’t been started. Wait for the food for over 40 mins only to find out they just put it on the shelf for pick up instead of letting me know my food was ready. Now I have cold food that just sat while I was waiting in store. On top of the food now being cold the quality is not the quality that any marcos I’ve been to previously would serve. I wish I would have read the reviews for this location before wasting my money on this excuse of a meal.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called ahead of time for breadsticks. And before they use to make them really good. I literally waited 30mins while I watched new orders go in and out. I only ordered breadsticks. Then gonna ask if I wanna pay before I get the breadsticks. NO? Then I check the bread sticks they look unappealing 100%. Look like lil Caesar’s chopped in half loaded with sauce. They didn’t even put the seasoning on it at all. Last time the breadsticks were similar to pizza huts & super good. I definitely won’t waste my time ever again. Then to tell me after 15mins they haven’t even started on it.

I had never been to Marco’s Pizza before. It was a bit pricey, more than $50 on a couple of pizza. On each of those pizzas the ingredients including the cheese did not start until about an inch and a half in from the crust! The vegetables on my pizza looked like they were an afterthought, they were barely warm, I’d like to have a little bit of crisp on my vegetables showing at least that they went through the oven. my mushrooms are out of a jar, what happened to fresh vegetables on a pizza! Hawaiian pizza had a little small pieces of ham totally unappetizing. Then to top it all off neither of the three had very much sauce on them. I’m definitely writing this place off.

The food here is always exemplary for pizza and we much prefer them over any other pizza delivery service. They are not as greasy and overloaded with oil as other pizzas, and the ingredients all seem fresher than the normal fare.Even terribly busy, the people who work there are diligent and nice to customers, getting your order to you as fast as possible. We ordered in the app and picked it up in less than 20 minutes.My only complaint is the disarray of the parking lot, but that is not the fault of Marco's. People don't know how to behave when hungry, and know even less about driving properly.Parking is also a bit limited, but it is available and free. Just don't expect a quick parking experience during peak hours of operation. We have also had delivery from them before, which has always been a good experience. They never miss parts of your order and always get it right.As for a food suggestion, we always like the Deluxe large, as it has a great variety of flavor. Add some garlic dipping sauce, and you're golden. Their cheesesticks are awesome with the marinara, too!Parking: It is difficult to find parking during peak hours.
