Called the store. Spoke to the manager. I wanted something a little special. He said no Problem. Then I drove to the store to make the order and watched the manager make it. It was made with love. Usually, you don't see that at a chain store. Had a nice conversation with him and he made the best pizza ever.

Ordered large pizza and family salad on 4/30/23. Pizza was good as always but salad was terrible. It was like it was four days old with only two or three thin slices of tomato, wilted and brown lettuce, a lot of sloshy black olives and soggy croutons. NO MORE SALADS from Marcos.

Yeah, sure, everyone has made mistakes in the service industry but I've never had a time where they didn't make it right. The other day I got an order of wings and pizza for my kids. Everything was right, when I opened up the wings, the first thing I noticed was how small they were. However during the course of dividing them up, I noticed that they had thrown in an extra to compensate.
